You will not be paid for services
I plowed for this app in December of 2025 and January of 2026. It is now July 16th 2026 and I still have not received any type of payment. I have contacted customer support over 10 times and they continue to deflect or blame their payment system. Do not bother using this app unless you enjoy working for free. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I completed 8 jobs and still haven’t gotten paid my $238. It’s been 2 and a half weeks and all they keep saying is “our payment team is working to resolve the issue”. They have been saying this every day for the last 2 and half weeks. I have the text messages to prove it. The app says your payout will be in your account the next business day. That’s a lie cause I’ve been waiting 2 and a half weeks and all they can say is they’re working on it. And then have the nerve to text me and ask me what is my ETA on the jobs in my que when they haven’t even paid me for the 8 jobs I already did. So therefore my lawyer will be contacting them with a lawsuit. SO DO NOT USE THIS APP ITS A SCAM!!!!

Done some yards for this App told me
For me to get paid had to fill out direct deposit form
So I filled it out 2-3 times for this app now they are telling me they are behind on payment n etc I’m tired of this my next step is I’m contacting an attorney they have 7 business days to pay or I’m calling and will be reporting to the bbb
Now they’re telling me that they’ll release the money within three days. I should have it should get a confirmation email stating that they released it never got a confirmation. Email still haven’t gotten no money from this app.
To all customers out there, trying to use this app to get Lawn Service do not use this app. They take your money and do not pay the contractors for the service services. I’m reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

This is for anyone thinking of doing work for this company, just choose anything but this app, this company is a scam ran out of New York City. You perform work and after there 30day pay policy you will not get paid, you can reach out to them any which way and they just give the same answer day after day about how the payment team will be in touch. (Nobody ever gets in touch) to this day I have not received any payment for work completed last year in 2025. This a message to help others

Dishonest platform
Very disappointing experience. I completed the work as requested and still have not been paid. Communication has been terrible — they keep delaying the payment and don’t provide any real updates. It feels extremely unprofessional and dishonest. People work hard for their money and deserve to be treated with respect. I would not recommend this app to anyone expecting fair and reliable payment.

Don’t waste your time and gas with this company. I still have not been paid for plowing in March!! When I message support they just string you along. Filing a report with the State now. If you want a good landscape/plow app- use GreenPal Pro. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There’s hundreds of similar stories about nonpayment online. Even news articles! Wish I had known.. smh

This company doesn't pay contractors on time, no way to contact the business because phone lines are fake, they have ai chat bots. completed 61 jobs for them was paid once/ have been strung along with "payment team", "payment this week" "payment next week" over and over.

I worked on this app from December 20 25 to March 2026 and never got paid once every time I reach out to contact the company they tell me payment team is working on it. They currently owe me over $7300 for all my time energy fuel experience that are trying to keep the money for themselves. Absolutely unbelievable that these people cannot operate. Do not use them unless you want to work for free.

I completed a job on January 25, 2026 and was told payment would be issued on a net-30 schedule. As of now, I still have not received the $81.20 that is owed.
This experience raises serious concerns about how this company pays its contractors. Thankfully, I only completed a few small jobs before realizing there might be an issue. I’m glad I’m not out thousands of dollars.

This App refuses to pay. I completed multiple jobs and every deposit is “under review”

Not paying me for $1400 of work. All phone lines are off. No communication. Taking them to court.
Worst 3rd party platform I’ve used
I’ve worked with several third-party service apps, and unfortunately Plowz & Mowz has been the worst experience by far.
I signed up in October 2024 and did not receive any payment for nearly four months. During that time, I contacted support dozens of times and repeatedly received generic responses like “this is very important to us,” with no real resolution.
It wasn’t until I escalated the issue directly to the owner that I finally received a payment. After that, I tested the system again and received the next scheduled payment, so I assumed the issue had been fixed. I then completed several hundred dollars’ worth of additional work and once again, payments stopped.
I consistently deliver high quality service and maintain 5 star ratings, so this is not a performance issue. The company later sent a mass message claiming their payment problems were resolved, but providers are now being told they must wait 30 days for payment. I tested it again and still no payments.
If you’re okay waiting a month (or longer) to potentially not get paid, then this platform might work for you. Otherwise, I strongly recommend using a different service.

They will not pay you . Go to lawn Guru they pay well and within days . I have been on this app for years and they change their payment method to 30 days. I did work and still haven’t been paid it’s been more than 45 days . Please do your self a favor save the headache find something else besides this app.

I did a few jobs through this app totaling $1,249 and have not received payment for about 2-3 months and still have not received payment. Today I will reach out to my local labor board to take further action against the developer and any other legal action I need to. There is no one to talk to, the contact us number rings twice then cuts off. This is so disappointing and frustrating.
