Idk what all you guys are talking about

PLT4M literally never lags and if it does maybe dont buy 3 dollar internet and it has never crashed and I have used it for like 3 years and if it restarts your time (which it doesn’t) it’s probably because your taking 1000 hours to do a single push up all the people doing these bad and unnecessary reviews are just obese fat gooners that are going nowhere in life

Bad

Worst app ever

absolutely horrible doesn't work in the slightest get this off the appstore

Terrible app

PLTM is, simply put, a terrible lifting app.
From the moment you open it, you're met with a clunky, outdated interface that feels more like a chore than a tool to help with workouts. The app barely functions, constantly lags, and is riddled with glitches that make logging workouts an unnecessarily frustrating experience.
One of the most annoying aspects is how tedious it is to input information. Instead of making tracking progress quick and seamless, PLT4M turns it into a slow, irritating process that feels like it was designed without real users in mind. On top of that, the app often freezes or crashes, making it even more unreliable.
If you're looking for a fitness app that actually works, there are far better options out there. PLT4M is more of an obstacle than an aid, and unless it gets a complete overhaul, it's just not worth using.

Horrid

This app gave me morbid obesity and diabetes I might have aids too

Almost died

The app taught me how to lift wrong and a barbell landed on my neck and I almost died. I reported it to admin Someone came to my house and beat me with a belt. I would not recommend because I’ve gained 400 pounds since I downloaded it and lost muscle
