Easy access throughout the app. Great deals on a lot of devices.
Awful customer service
There basically is no customer service. Once I had a shipping question, the other a product issue. There is no quick reply, no way to call and if there is a hardware or physical issue with device there are no refunds. Never again.
Bad customer service
Great prices and tech but they have a fatal flaw. Plug’s customer support is absolutely terrible. They take forever to respond and when they do it’s usually a ai bot that claims to reach out to team members which take even longer to respond. If you ever need to return something or make a warranty claim, prepare yourself to make dozens of emails that never get a response.
