Surprised how its grown 💕
I was one of the earliest users and its interesting to see how the app has so many new useful features now. I used to have a problem getting viber chats but now its so much better so I subscribed because theres more benefits and I cab keep chatting with the same viber. I dont think I have mental health issues but I do need someone to talk to and to stop my negative thinking and to motivate me.

couldn't access the chatroom for weeks when the app already assigned viber for me
No support and refund. Almost scam
I’ve tried their free vibers, pretty positive, but sadly to continue with the same person, I’ll need to pay premium. So I decided to use their “specialist” instead. How was it? I don’t know. I’ve been waiting for exactly the appointed time and no one shows up in the virtual meeting. Waited till my session ended. I can’t get a refund because there are no support. Emailed them, no response for weeks. What a way to rise our anxiety where your services suppose to do the opposite!

Couldn’t find a viber
1. Every time showing that the vibers are busy, fully occupied/ apps undergoing maintenance. This is issue makes me feel more helpless.
2. Some vibers are really heart warming, but some just seems to be perfunctory. They didn’t answer my words for a long time, and when the time is going to end, he come back again and said some words then the chat end.
3. Please keep the chat after a conversation end. Sometimes I just want to review the conversation but the conversation has forced to be deleted.
4. From the users review, I can see that these issue has been appeared at least one year ago, but still cannot be resolved until now. I have use this apps at least 3 years ago, I would said that 3 years ago this apps is really useful and heartwarming, but now it seems to be regress.

Able to connect with viber only once. After that, everytime shows all vibers are busy. So disappointed
