Surprised how its grown š
I was one of the earliest users and its interesting to see how the app has so many new useful features now. I used to have a problem getting viber chats but now its so much better so I subscribed because theres more benefits and I cab keep chatting with the same viber. I dont think I have mental health issues but I do need someone to talk to and to stop my negative thinking and to motivate me.

couldn't access the chatroom
couldn't access the chatroom for weeks when the app already assigned viber for me
No support and refund. Almost scam
Iāve tried their free vibers, pretty positive, but sadly to continue with the same person, Iāll need to pay premium. So I decided to use their āspecialistā instead. How was it? I donāt know. Iāve been waiting for exactly the appointed time and no one shows up in the virtual meeting. Waited till my session ended. I canāt get a refund because there are no support. Emailed them, no response for weeks. What a way to rise our anxiety where your services suppose to do the opposite!

Couldnāt find a viber
1. Every time showing that the vibers are busy, fully occupied/ apps undergoing maintenance. This is issue makes me feel more helpless.
2. Some vibers are really heart warming, but some just seems to be perfunctory. They didnāt answer my words for a long time, and when the time is going to end, he come back again and said some words then the chat end.
3. Please keep the chat after a conversation end. Sometimes I just want to review the conversation but the conversation has forced to be deleted.
4. From the users review, I can see that these issue has been appeared at least one year ago, but still cannot be resolved until now. I have use this apps at least 3 years ago, I would said that 3 years ago this apps is really useful and heartwarming, but now it seems to be regress.

No vibers available
Able to connect with viber only once. After that, everytime shows all vibers are busy. So disappointed
Lagging app
Im not sure whether its the app which is lagging or its the slow response from the counsellor themselves. Fed up of waiting for replies like 2-3minutes per answer

Donāt rely on strangers
Been using this app. At first yes it is promising. But as you share more of your problems, the therapist seems not interested to engage further, and left you hanging until the chat is automatically exited.
You can only trust yourself to heal. Thereās a lot of things you could do besides sharing your problems to strangers.
Be with your friends, family, and most importantly, to god. Have the real connection with people you know.

Itās an okay app
I was looking for an alternative way to talk about my problems online with a therapist no cost because I am young but didnāt come across many apps like that and I found this one. Itās a good app but I think the speed of things like conversations and stuff could be a little quicker, good app but a few flaws in my opinion. I intend to keep the app but if you could try to fix it thatād be appreciated.

No confirmation email sent
Similar experience to other reviewer, you canāt access the app unless you key in a code sent to your email address, except I never received an email from them. Sent multiple requests over a week with no response.
I suppose the team might already be overloaded, but I canāt recommend using this app.
