tried the v card and whenever I select the show details tab nothing pops up it’s like them saying ( oh u got the v card but u can’t use it ) what kind of cornball jokes is this

I tried many times to change my password in order to use my account and the app keeps crashing, they tell me to try again later, its been 3 years that im trying again later!

Presento esta denuncia por el deficiente funcionamiento y la falta de fiabilidad de la aplicación Pocket Bank del Banco Popular.
Llevo más de cuatro meses sin poder realizar transferencias, una operación básica para cualquier cliente bancario. Lejos de ofrecer una solución, el problema persiste sin explicación ni soporte eficaz.
Tras cambiar de teléfono móvil, la situación ha empeorado: la aplicación no permite iniciar sesión, dejándome completamente bloqueado y sin acceso a mis propios fondos.
Resulta inaceptable que una entidad bancaria continúe cobrando comisiones y gestionando el dinero de sus clientes sin ofrecer una herramienta digital funcional, segura y estable.
La comparación con aplicaciones de bancos europeos, que operan con normalidad y altos estándares tecnológicos, deja en evidencia el grave retraso y la negligencia en la gestión digital de esta entidad.
Exijo una solución inmediata, una explicación formal y la asunción de responsabilidades por los perjuicios causados. Esta situación es inadmisible y mina por completo la confianza en el Banco Popular.

Je ne me rappelle pas d’une seule fois où j’ai essayé d’effectuer un virement depuis l’appli et l’opération a été acceptée immédiatement. Je dois refaire le virement des dizaines de fois, et parfois attendre jusqu’au lendemain pour pouvoir l’effectuer. Je pense sérieusement à changer de banque si ce problème continue

Terrible & frustrated
It keeps getting blocked. I have had to delete and reinstall the app many times, and even then it still doesn’t work properly. It takes an unreasonable amount of time just to complete a simple transfer. Very frustrating and unreliable, they need to keep up the updates cause it’s just not fair for a mean bank in the country to have such apps.

Poner la aplicación en español quiero cambiar el código de seguridad para descargar documentos y no hay manera . Tenéis que mejorar bastante la app pocket Bank . Yo le doy un 5 de 10 . Poner bien los productos visibles y transparentes ya que cobráis comisiones por todos por lo menos hacerla en condiciones

This banking app is completely unreliable. It’s full of bugs, crashes constantly, and fails at the most basic functions when you actually need it. Using it feels like a gamble rather than a financial tool.
Honestly, the developer of this app should be forced to use only this app for all their own banking. I guarantee they would quickly go mad, lose their patience, and probably their money too. Until that happens, it’s hard to believe anyone seriously tested this application before releasing it.
