Horrible time-waster
Did you know that the RBC app can, for no discernible reason, suddenly require a password change? That you can easily change your app password, and get a confirmation email that validates your new secure password (that you have automatically saved on your phone, as well as written down, how old school)? That the app will then refuse to recognize your new password, or your old one, even after you double check all your devices to ensure your cloud-stored passwords have all updated? That you are forced to call RBC technical support to gain access to your own money? That a CSR will finally admit without apology that you can’t use the app to change a password and the only way to do it is via a computer browser?
WHY NOT INFORM CLIENTS OF THIS DETAIL?? You owe me 30 minutes of my life, RBC.

Not sure why this app needs access to my contacts - this has nothing to do with mobile banking.
Like the new look however…
On the main page with all the accounts how come you took away the total for the direct investment in accounts? Have to add it up in my head? Put that one line back in please. Also, why can’t I see my statements in the app?
New update
Not a fan of the new update - don’t do it!! The Home Screen view completely changes when you display all your accounts. It doesn’t display totals for all types of accounts either, like investments, which is really inconvenient. Major step backwards aesthetically and functionality.
