Not working!
While trying to setup up my iPhone16 as trusted device to take picture of Driving Licence, the app cannot Cancel or Next. Worst is cannot even log off once signed in. Wasted my time.
International transfer problem
I tried to transfer money to Philippines and when i tried to send the minimum amount($100),all it was showing was “unable to convert.try entering a lower amount”so when i tried to send $50. It showed the same message. When i tried other currencies,it would convert it without a problem
confusing
i tried using NOMI find and save but it said i needed a chequing account to do so even though i had one. also, when i make my device a trusted device, everything started breaking and i can’t even view my virtual visa debit.
You’d say my info is safe but u all no that’s a lie u need better proof of stuff and u should have

Horrible customer service
I’ve been with this bank since I was 18, i’m now 24, I’ve never had any problems with this bank, always been loyal and kept myself out of debt, but when Apple decided to take random money out of my account I had the worst experience with costumer service, responses taking hours and them out-right refusing to help me with something as simple as a $40 refund

i like the app, but it uninstalled itself and now will not let me back in. no matter how many times i reset my password i have no way of being able to see my account or how much money is in said account. annoyed.
Annoying feature
Seems after the update every single time for e transfers of even puny amounts you will need to use ID . It’s annoying and has made me use my other banking apps.
Cannot scan passport on iPadOS 26.6
It shouldn’t have to be this difficult to validate my identity! Numerous failed attempts with error of not enough contrast trying to scan passport on my new iPad . Your support line is of no help. Please fix this because I’m ready to just put all my money in my TD account so I don’t have to deal with this.

What happens if one does not have. passport or drivers licence. I use the same trusted device with online transactions as well as fingerprint ID. Am I sufficiently secure on this app?
Can’t clear up space.
Enjoy using the app but Documents and data is taking up 15 G and counting as I’m using it frequently. Tried deleting and reinstalling the app but it doesn’t clear up my documents and data on the app. Is there anyway to free up some space on this app?

Decent app but they started enforcing digital Id requirements before they have become law. Taking note of which banks and businesses are pushing such tyranny into Canada
no one knows what they are doing
the phone help and app are clueless. I need to change my phone number on file. I no longer have access to my old number. Customer service and app keeps telling me they need to send a verification code to my PHONE NUMBER in order to change my phone number. So the verification code keeps going to my OLD PHONE NUMBER. The person on the phone is not comprehending what I am trying to do. It’s not a freaking rocket science.

No accessibility for visual impaired
This app gets a zero for accessibility. Cannot make text appear larger. No app setting, and does not work with iPhone’s built in font/size increase setting. Font stays small no matter what.
