I pay for a coverage that does not uphold what it says
On 08/02/2025 I had my IPhone 16 pro max slip out of my hand and hit the ground. It powered off not to turn on anymore. I did what I was supposed to and filed a claim. I then waited all day for them to send me an email telling me that my claim was denied. Now I want to know what am I paying for when I cannot get my phone fixed for an accidental drop? To me it’s like I am paying you for nothing. I have maid 1 claim in the 3-4 years of my service so I have paid you for nothing. Since I can’t get my device fixed for what you advertise and make us pay for, I feel I should get a full refund of the 3-4 years I’ve paid for it minus my only claim

Poor Coverage.
As soon as I needed the coverage the insurance found a way to deny me. I have paid for 3 years and they refused to even fix this OLD phone.
Cancelling
Can’t get through to anyone, anyone at all with simple questions about coverage. Every company wants to be automated now. That’s great if you have good automation. I get to a prompt that wants me to say and spell my last name, and that was after verifying the last 4 digits of the card on file. But the computer can’t understand me clearly spelling my last name. Then it ends my call. I’ll just cancel, not gonna pay $15 a month for nothing, with zero ability to speak with a live rep. It would be really bad if I had an actual claim to file. You guys gotta get it together.

My new iPhone 15 pro is so jacked up it took 8 attempts to open the app! It’s so glitchy….after a minute or so it stops till I open a different app or unlock the screen and it starts again? Not impressed by this security! Worked more like an invite to the hackers or whatever is killing my new phone but I’ll be back in a Samsung galaxy soon because apple I thought wasn’t able to be hacked or get viruses and that’s a big false statement!

Multiple attempts to file a claim result in timing out. Every few attempts I get a little further in the process and it does save my info. I’m going to keep trying, but so far it’s been two days with no success

Charne tried everything and the last is to cut it off and on. Hope that works.v she also gave me the phone number to Spectrum repair.

It keeps saying there’s an error and can’t backup my phone. Every. Single. Month. You have to delete the app and download it again to get it to work

Could almost make love to this phone! Worked as Store Manager at cell store when Nokia, Kyosara plus cells went by numbers like Motorola 2565. TAKE the DIVE best swim u ever had…I guarantee it.

App interface doesn’t look the same
I have an apple device and the interface doesn’t look the same as the description of of the app in the App Store. Also I can not find the VPN settings or anything about a vpn in the app I see the settings in my settings app but I can only turn the VPN on and off it does nothing else. I have express VPN I can find all the VPN settings in the Express VPN app. Just why is there no settings for PG mobile? Or am I overlooking and missing them when I try to find them.

I was trying to connect my replacement cell phone that was sent to me yesterday and nobody is able to help me. It’s really sad that none of these Xfinity representatives know what to do there obviously needs to be a lot more training done to assist customers. I’ve been a customer for four years now and after the many hours I’ve spent trying to get my phone connected with incompetent customer service representatives I’m going to switch to Verizon.

Is this for my iPhone?
I purchased an iPhone 14 Pro Max from Spectrum, and three Pocket Geek apps were installed by them. The VPN blocks me from being able to use some apps installed from the Apple App Store. When I try to backup my phone, I get a error message. I did a Support Chat with Pocket Geek, and was told that they haven’t been able to get their software to work on the latest iOS.

Every other month when you go to back up your phone, it will just keep saying retry. Then you need to delete the app and download it again. VERY ANNOYING

before I had reset my iPhone 15 it offered a vpn on pocket geek but know it doesn’t show up to add vpn.
