I been using this app for many years and while it may not be perfect, it has consistently met my banking needs. Yes, there have been occasional issues which may be attributed to the credit union partners. The app does what I need to do and ,I appreciate the convenience it provides.
Failed facial recognition login
Every time I activate the facial recognition, upon logging in it tells me my account is locked. When I call support they me my account isn't locked. No one offers to figure out why I get this error.
Mobile deposit doesnāt work
The mobile deposit feature fails spectacularly. It takes me 30 to 40 minutes of holding my phone at diffrent angles and telling the app to try again. Itās so frustrating.
Boomers
All the people complaining about this app are boomers, and donāt know simple app fixes.
Mobile check deposit no longer works
Canāt read routing number or register the bottom section of check. Tried with two devices on dark backgrounds. Please donāt make me visit the brick and mortar to deposit a check!
Lackluster
The mobile deposit has a very low $$$ limit and doesnāt communicate what it is until after youāve endorsed your check. Payment history function is not functioning.

Useless app
This app absolutely useless. Keeps shutting down on me when Iām trying to deposit a check.
Canāt get account information
My account history wonāt load. I can manage bill pay, but it often says thereās an error so I canāt tell if the payment went through. Iāve tried deleting and reinstalling the app multiple times. What am I supposed to do? Considering changing credit unions at this point.
Gone downhill
Mobile deposit used to be an effective way to deposit checks, now it takes too long.
Not optimized for iPhone X
It doesnāt recognize that iPhone X does not have fingerprint sign in. When capturing photo on iPhone X the camera feature doesnāt work well with the notch on top of the screen. Requires a password when transferring find within and between accounts. It basically took away all the ease of mobile banking. Very poor.

App is no longer functional
This app no longer functions on a regular basis. It crashes more often than it works. Very disappointing as it was previously a very good app. Wish they would fix the problem!
Mobile deposit
When I try to mobile deposit a check, it goes to ādeposit helpā and there is no way to accept the terms and begin the process.

Needs an update!
You canāt transfer money from your checking account to another checking account.
Problem with latest update
Iād rate this 4 stars, but when I try a cross-account transfer, only some of the receiving account options are displayed (e.g. Money Market and Savings, but not Checking). Hopefully this will get fixed, because generally the app has a much cleaner UI and has fingerprint recognition.
Check deposit app
Not great. Alignment is difficult and it gives you an error code when check has actually deposited resulting in duplicates. Needs improvement!

Crash
Every time I try to transfer money between accounts the app crashes. About half the time I try to log on the system hangs then crashes. I will be deleting this app until Point West tests and improves. Main reason I have moved most my banking to Chase. Their apps usually work upon release.
