Super buggy, hardly works
I use this for work and it’s horrible. The app won’t let me login half the time and when it does it’s slow and shows a never ending loading wheel. Measurements are never accurate and you can’t change them if it auto measures. Pictures get deleted from offline photos randomly and way before the 7 day mark. Terrible app. It’s also frustrating when doing the wound characteristics that it’s in increments of 10% when it should be in 5%. Would not recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would
This app won’t upload photos, the measurements disappear or doesn’t transfer into the chart. This makes my job frustrating and more time consuming. To be a point click care product I’m super disappointed.
Never works properly
Do you enjoy an app that deletes your pictures? How about refuses to upload them? Pictures that won't attach? How about a system that constantly duplicates the wounds? This one is for you if you go wild for apps that don't allow staff to log in! If you like to look busy but never actually get your job done and you're okay with that then get this app for your healthcare facility. I'm sure it will cause zero issues when cms reviews things

Terrible Design
After the new update I can’t even choose to upload photos. I have to take the photo within the app. There were times where I would lose signal, even on wifi and I had to bother patients more than 5 times to try and take the photo within the app. Bring back the option to upload photos from the phone gallery please. 11/25/24: i can no longer login to my accounts on all devices. Error
I have to restart the app multiple times because it would constantly stop working correctly. And it keeps giving me a network error when my internet connection is stable. What’s up with that? Give back the ability to upload photos from the gallery. Not every innovation is fruitful…

White screen when opening
All of a sudden I have a white screen… I was able to use it last week. Could there be a glitch? I did uninstall it and re installed and still doing the same thing

Please fix glitches
Years ago, the app worked very well. I changed job and no longer used PCC so I stopped using the app. Recently I went back to my old company and so use PCC again. App was fine a week ago. Currently it’s just Blank. I deleted the app and downloaded it again. Still blank. I support this app - pls fix the glitches and ill be back with 5 stars. Btw, why is there no app for progress notes? 24 -72 hrs reports review? Kindly consider such app. Thank you so much.

Can’t upload photos anymore with new update

Can no longer upload picture form my gallery. I can only take a picture in real time.
I do not always have WiFi to upload the picture right then so I could just upload from gallery and can no longer do that. Please update and fix.

Can’t log in
All of the sudden it wont acknowledge that I’m trying to sign in. It doesn’t work at all
