Don’t buy or install. They tell you upon subscribing you can make 60 videos and 300 images for 300 credits for the lite 19.99/month but I made just one 30sec video and already my credits are finished and are asking me to upgrade. Whatever plan you pay for doesn’t matter it is dependent on credits and the credits finish so quick. It is a scam!!!!! They purposely don’t make the video exactly to your liking so you can keep asking to edit which then causes you to use credits, the credits finish and you have to upgrade.

Sign up. Says 30 videos a month. Tried one videos tool all 300 credit and it was the worst videos I have seen. Didn’t use any of my images and show the wrong technique of the videos provided.

This is a scam app do not purchase ..they let you add momey but take it .so that you buy more credits . I wrote them about issue several times but they assist on keep ignoring me .

Terrible Customer Service for Decent AI Tool
Pollo AI actually seems like a pretty impressive app at first. The video generation is decent, the ideas translate well, and it looks like it has a lot of potential.
Unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ends.
This app feels like a money trap disguised as a creative tool. You’ll spend time building a project, getting invested in the process, and then suddenly get hit with a message saying you don’t have enough credits to continue. Fine. You assume you just need to buy more credits to finish what you’ve already started.
So I purchased 300 additional credits for $17.99.
Guess what happened next?
I went right back to my project and got the exact same error message saying I still didn’t have enough credits. At no point does the app clearly tell you how many credits are required to complete your project. Are you short by 10 credits? 100? 1,000? Nobody knows.
And customer service is absolutely useless. You can send screenshots, receipts, proof of purchase—everything they ask for—and they still act like the credits you paid for somehow don’t matter. Instead of resolving the issue, they just send canned responses while your project sits unfinished.
So now I’m out money, I still can’t complete my project, and I still have no idea how many credits are actually required.
The technology itself may be good, but the billing and credit system is incredibly misleading and frustrating. Save yourself the headache, save yourself the money, and don’t waste your time downloading this app until they become transparent about credit requirements and start treating paying customers with respect.
