I have been using Poloniex since 2015 and I absolutely love it and have never had a problem with them. They give me free coupons for a Free Futures play every month basically. Also one of the only exchanges tha have Futures and high leverage

Больше двух лет отвечают что разбираются, а по факту, сплошной обман,делают липовые взломы своей биржи ради того что украсть активы клиентов, попал больше чем на 500к. Им было все доказано, ошибку признали, а деньги не вернули. Что еще ждать от китайцев

Useless Support
It has been 2 month since I opened a support case and I received one general advice to "try" something, but my follow up question has been ignored even after a follow up. That is a very poor customer experience.

Сначала заявляют, что их якобы взламывают. Потом невозможно вывести средства, а потом убирают упоминания что такой актив у тебя был. Выводите средства срочно!

Отправил на вывод токен, который приобрел на этой бирже, в итоге транзакция висит несколько дней в ожидании, от поддержки нет никакой информации. Биржа манипулирует средствами клиентов

I've used a few trading apps, but Poloniex takes the cake. The commission fees are low - as low as 0.00% for makers and 0.2% for takers. Pretty chur savings I must say!
I reckon the user-friendly interface is the bomb and it's real handy when you're on the go. The P2P function has me stoked too, it's open to us Kiwis and it works like a charm. Never had a stuff up yet, and that's not just good luck.
If you're an active trader like me you'll be stoked with the constant updates on market trends and the bonuses they give out. Mate, the customer care service is tiptop too, fast and reliable - it's the good oil!

THis exchange is overtaken by another entity some years back. They are not functioning and some pleople who are looking into it, Are scamming people by freezing accounts and fund. Can't withdraw.

Never do futures trading in this app or else you will lose all your money just in fees, the profit is showing something else and when you close a trade it shows something else very very far from actual prize on which you trade, also there are so many flash pump and dumps they use to liquidate the traders and those wicks are only on their exchange and nowhere else

Desde hace semanas tengo varios tokens en mi cuenta desactivados de trading (entre ellos HASHAI) y sin poder moverlos siquiera a otro exchange. El soporte es casi inexistente y se van pasando la pelota unos a otros. Somos ya varios usuarios afectados esperando otra respuesta que no sea esperar… Es increíble que la empresa para la que trabajo siga listando esta app en la AppStore…

It's more than a year that there's maintence on Dogelon Mars (ELON), and I cannot withdraw or sell the coin. My money are blocked on this platform. They customer service reply with an automatic email, telling you that they are not able to provide a fix date. Total scam, stay away from this platform.

Переводил монеты TRUMP MAGA с MEXC на poloniex. Сумма около 600$. Со стороны MEXC транзакция выполнена, в блокчейне все подтверждено, а на кошельке poloniex ничего не пришло. Поддержка уродская, однотипные ответы ( якобы разбираются с проблемой), в итоге перестали отвечать. Нет моих 600$, СКАМ.

20 сентября пополнял NOT через сеть TON , не зачислили депозит , хотя я указал все верно мемо и тд , на их кошелке до сих пор они лежат , писал на почту , в поддержку , движений 0 говорят ждать и все , хотя дело решается за 5 минут , вообщем вот моя история о скаме в размере 31526 NOT
Мне не выводят мои деньги уже 13 часов
Наглые операторы поддержки общаются только автоматическими сообщениями и не хотят реально говорить или помогать людям. Также мне просто блокируют чат и не дают поговорить с ними. Вывод моих денег уже проходит на протяжении 13 часов и естественно я потерял очень много из-за этого. Ужасная биржа с ужасным интерфейсом и отвратительными агентами поддержки, которым наплевать на своих клиентов.
