Poor app design
The app design was updated in iPad and android but not in iPhone. Also stop using Chinese cloud services for the application.
No creativity poor ui
Kids had more features in their play app . No data of live production, how much producing, how much home consuming and how much sending to grid !
Just a fixed data, a gif and static Graf .

Worst App
After registering when going to login, evertine it says password wrong. And if we click on forget password, it not taking any signal on click. I have seen very worst app in my total life.
Poor app quality
The app's UI design is very poor, and it appears to be developed by unqualified personnel. Specifically, the present energy production data does not show decimal numbers, missing unique graphic chart, location and the next reading duration period is not displayed etc, etc, etc. Also encountered numerous bugs.
FYI, customers do not care about the quality of the material, capacity, amps, or watts. The app is not user-friendly, they will assume that the inverter is not from a reputable company. In the compotation market easy to choose the another brand. In today's digital world, each customer expects all energy production data to be readily available at their fingertips. The "Made in India" tag line is not enough; we need to do something special to stand out.

Must Improve
Is this app from Polycab? Its shame, shame….. Branded company design low-quality app. Look like school students project app.
The UI design, font and background color selection are very very poor. Additionally, some key features are missing. Specifically, the "E-Today" value does not show decimal values (eg: 10.xx ). The chart page design is also problematic, with the money and energy diagrams being completely mixed up.
I feel embarrassed to introduce this app to new customers. It doesn't reflect the quality I would expect from your brand. You lost two orders (5kw,3kw) due to this app two weeks ago.

Critical issues
I have registered my self successfully but while logins it always shows wrong password , but when I login with Crome it works, forgot password also not works.

There are many bugs in the app. Biggest one is that one cant see how much electricity has been generated in the previous day or before. Also it doesn’t remember the credentials.

Garbage useless app
This app has many bugs. Initial setting up of inverter using bluetooth does not work. It does not stay signed in and can not remember credentials. Remember me button on sign in page does not work.

No point having such an useless app calling yourself a multi crore company . Invest in good app interface
