Half the time the app says it is t connected. I get so worried my cat isn’t being fed it will only connect when my phone is close

Works fine but…
Have had this feeder for a few months now, it’s been working really well and smooth. Stayed logged into the app the whole time but recently haven’t used the app so I go to log back in but I can’t remember my password so I try to change it but I physically can’t as the“confirm” button can’t be clicked. I’ve entered the longest password and have done all the requirements but I am still unable to change and so I try to create a new account but it’s still the same problem. Please help.

Terribly written app
This has got to be one of the worst written app that I have ever used. Most text runs off the screen and is unreadable. Also, the app is prone to freezing.
Can’t get app to connect to WiFi
I get as far as tying in my WiFi password, but the next button never lights up and I can’t go any further. Idk if the app is just bugging today or if it’s always like this but I’m super dissatisfied
Has issues
This worked pretty well for about a year for our 2 cats, each have their own feeder. Just recently one of the feeders started going off an hour earlier than the other even though they’re both set to the same times and on the same network. No clue how to fix.

Après avoir tout essayé (réinitialiser, changement de wifi 2,4GHz, redémarrage box internet,…), je suis finalement passé par l’application Tuya pour associer l’appareil qui fonctionne beaucoup mieux !
Funziona ma con Alexa non si collega
Sull’app c’e’ la possibilità di collegare Alexa ma il tasto non funziona per accoppiare il dispositivo. Per il resto ok.
Best feeder I’ve ever had
Not only has this portioned out enough food for my cat every day several times I can scheduled when she gets food how much she gets food she’s lost the weight she supposed be at she has gotten to the point where she knows when that feeder is supposed to go off and she waits for it right next to it. It has saved me money it is save me a lot of worry for when I have to go out of town. I don’t have to worry that she’s gonna get fed by somebody.

Dopo mille tentativi ho capito che è impossibile connettere il distributore di ci o al wi-fi con questa app. Continuavano ad apparire messaggi di errore per timeout oppure “No autorità “ qualunque cosa possa voler dire.

Ottimo sistema per alimentare a distanza una gattina trovatella che non si riesce ad addomesticare perché molto paurosa.
La mejor opción para un gato
Es un producto que lo puedo describir como fantástico, me hace la vida más fácil a mi y a mi bebé safari, súper fácil de usar y práctico
