Use this app before overall it’s effective for the cost sometimes it’s a little bit glitchy jobs won’t sync up when completed. GPS sends me to the wrong location occasionally but I think it’s very easy to use. It’s self-explanatory and it allows me to keep in touch with my text as well.
Cheap and glitchy
I’ve been using this app through my company cause it’s the cheapest out there but avoid the hassle just go with skimmer!! My boss is reporting losses of 20K dollars due to billing issues works great on the field
Sync slows down work flow
Why is your app so slow? Please fix when syncing, both aspects.
Also, LSI calculator gives LSI reading when only 3 parameters are entered with out water temp, which is inaccurate. Should only list LSi when all inputs are entered. It appears as if it’s wrong when not.

Could be better!
The app is decent and somewhat user-friendly, but it’s very basic, don’t expect any bells and whistles here. My biggest issue is the LSI calculator, which is way off compared to the Orenda app it claims to use. The calculations are inconsistent and often lead to over- or under-dosing. It’s okay for general use, but I wouldn’t rely on it for precise pool chemistry management.

I am a small business owner. I have 5 pools and have been using this software for about a year. I also work full time at may local church. I have also worked for a large reputable pool company for about 4 years. The invoicing for clients is easy and works. They have auto pay. All my interactions w/ customer service have been amazing. I would recommend for any pool company. They set up routes nicely, the notes per pool and chem reading along w/ LSi and pictures before and after options is invaluable.

Takes all the jobs multiple task and simplifies in to one place. The hardest part is switching from you old non efficient way to more efficient simplified software that make your job easier.

Good system
System works good customer service lacking in response to customer needs or requesting feedback. Like shopping list in visit but not extra items. Extra items should have shopping list capabilities. Never get contacted about tickets for support. Could be better hope it gets there eventually.

I don’t review apps often, but I tried 3 other apps before PSS, they all claimed to work well for running a pool business, but I couldn’t make them work for me. So glad these folks made a pool service app that actually works well and is pretty easy to set up and use. Keep up the good work.

Moved my entire company from PTPM to PSS. So glad I did! Their customer service is TOP NOTCH. Software improvements come out faster than others I’ve tried over the last few years. And they take every suggestion for feature or tweaks to heart and see if it’ll will for the overall experience. You won’t be disappointed.

This software made our business operations SO MUCH SMOOTHER.
First a special shoutout to Gus from PSS!
Gus went out of his way MANY times to ensure that the software was set up properly for our business. The versatility of the software is also crucial because to me there's no ONE way to set up software for a pool business because everyone does billing practices/runs businesses differently. Within weeks of the software we were on a roll and had very very little issues after 5 months of using the software.
We did have some hiccups at first but Gus's incredible response time helped us sort out issues very quickly. It's also important to note that the mistakes we made were OUR MISTAKES and after telling Gus how we wanted the software to process....we adjusted the settings according to what Gus said and it has been working GREAT!!!
Thanks to this software we had our most profitable year since one our major issues was being behind on billing and having our secretaries nit pick and bill every chemical one at a time.
Automating the billing makes us more money, prevented a lot of mistakes, and free'd up A LOT of time for our secretaries.
The software also saved a lot of time for our accountant because the billing automatically syncs to Quickbooks when set up!
Lastly Gus truly does take user feedback seriously and even implemented one of my ideas within WEEKS when i was a new customer.
Bravo to the people from PSS you guys truly made a difference in our business :)

This app is definitely responsible for a lot of my company’s success so far. It makes running a pool service company easy and simple. Just like any app I have seen a bug here or there, but their customer service is so good. They pushed out an update to fix the issue within 24hrs and were in communication with me the entire time. I highly recommend using this app, you won’t regret it.

Great app with awesome support!
Well put together app that is easy to use to run my pool service business. The reports look great and are very customizable. They also have support for QuickBooks, but you can also just use their invoicing in case you don’t have QB or want to ditch QB. The customer support is excellent, thank you!
