App optimization
This app needs more optimization, it should be way snappier than it is currently. Checkout shouldn’t require the page to reload every-time you add information to a field. Pay with card? Page has to reload, then select the card you want? Reload. Just submit it all at the end. Also search needs to be fixed. Half the time you search it goes straight to the product, sometimes it goes to the type and you can browse. But it really needs to be optimized more. I think that is the biggest thing. Those are my biggest issues.

Get it right and please leave it alone
Originally I could see my cost and my mark up while looking at items…then you had to mess with it and then I couldn’t. Some updates I can then you mess with it and I can’t. Please just fix this app then leave it alone it’s very frustrating to the point I usually just call in to check pricing.

This app is the absolute worst app for this kind of job nothing saves properly or is done properly on updates chemical measurements are off by a large margin and seem like it’s not designed to help a service tech out at all.

It will take for ever to load once you want to search for something will freeze you will have to exit the app and re enter .
