Fix your registration
Registered online thru your app and it don’t send the password to my email, after trying to get the password in forget your password the username and email doesn’t exist.
I tried registering again and it keeps it keeps notifying me that the username and my email already exist

Bulok na customer service. Pakitanggal nalang yung information dun sa website niyo na pwede kayo ma-contact via Facebook Messenger kase wala namang nagrerespond dun. Kaya nag email nalang kami at naka-CC ang BSP. Napaka walang kwentang app at customer service. Isip kayo ng paraan para mapagaan buhay ng mga clients niyo, hindi yung puro lang kayo pa-aircon aircon diyan at nag-aantay ng sahod.

When i call the number. Your agent gilbert is rude and doesn’t know how to assist customers! He even hangup on me. I ask to have his supervisor greg which is unknowledgable to handle customer as well.

Needs improvement
This app always has issues when you need to use it. The user interface isn’t friendly as well.
Needs Improvement
Doesn’t always send an OTP. Aside from that, app can only process one transfer per login. So if you process two transfers, one has to logout and login again for the 2nd transfer. Not very efficient to use at all.
Worst Online Bank Transfer
This bank is so disapponting! Cannot manage to let money transfer go through past 5pm or even weekends!
