The app was not working I tried several times

Useless app, useless company

Downloaded the app, location code wouldn’t work/kept sending me back to a blank Home Screen, and the map wouldn’t load to use it that way instead. Phoned the company number to pay at 8:44 and the phone lines didn’t open until 9:30? On a week day? In a car park in BRIGHTON? Madness.

Doesn’t work

This app does not work. I already got a parking fine last year because it wasn’t working. Yesterday I had to leave straight away to avoid getting another fine because the app wasn’t letting me pay again

Does not work

Tried paying for parking and have the right code but didn’t recognise and just went back to the beginning. Paid by using the machine which is also over complicated. Just this they are trying to make money using fines!!
