After make payment i cannot print or download the consignment. When i chat live agent nothing solved. They give pdf but i cannot download it. Then they tell me to open the apps at the laptop or computer but the apps not available at microsoft playstore. So disappointing. You should delete this apps permanently so that others wont be deceived.

I have no choice have put one star rating there! I gonna give negative star rating for this apps and service provide! Apps not even friendly use, and All pos laju service counter no even guide new user how to fill up , especially for old generation people! If user not even know to do use it, how they gonna use your service !

Poor digital customer experience
I was at the Sunway Pyramid pod Malaysia outlet wanting to send in my parcel from Carousell. The unfriendly customer service associate told me that I couldn’t print the label from Carousel and that I had to pay an extra RM 10 to print a new label from the post Malaysia app. She then proceeded to ask me to go to mailbox express, three levels above to print a label and to go all the way back down to drop the parcel. This is the most disappointing user experienced I’ve ever had because of the company can’t even afford a printer to print their own labels. They have to get a competitor to do it for them.

Fix your login error!
I have a poslaju account eventhough i'm not a frequent poslaju user. But everytime I want to login, it keeps going to a blank white screen after I click login. I thought it might be a network error so I changed my wifi connection, still the same outcome! What am I supposed to do with a white screen? This keeps happening for more than 3 days already.. Do something please :/

Very hard to update anything
The app has many issues. Address book cannot be updated and list goes on including parcel is posted in someone social media instead of receiving party. The app need more improvement to accept I other language into the delivery address

I am not regular customer but I found this app help me speed up in posting item. Super fast delivery. My aunt left her medicine at home so I need to sent it back to her ASAP. TQSM Pos Malaysia. There is still room for improvement for the app. Good Job 👍
Inefficient
I have use this app from two years back and all is good but the current update is nuisance where i need to verify my identification card. I am willing to do that but your app is so freaking slow. I could not even snap my id and i have not uploaded it yet untill now because the system is so terrible. Please fix this as soon as possible.
Update: My identification card has already verified after many times of trying. I hope the developer make it feasible for us, users to use the app.

Worst
Ok I understand if you want your customers to download the app for shipping purposes. But I cannot accept that it took so long to load and seems like the app hasn't been fully ready to be used. Stucked at the verification process for a long time and i went out to dhl instead. Sorry but you need to improve your app before you want to impose it to customers

When you guys goin to improve the system, been years the system been implemented, still nothing change, every now and then unknown error popping up, tracking parcel buffering issues never fix. Please look at the rating on your apps. Please improve the system.

unreliable. absolutely unreliable.
DO NOT USE POS LAJU. i tried pre-paying an order to ship, the app did not allow me to download the invoice no matter how many times i tried. I WENT TO 3 POS LAJU POST OFFICES AND ALL OF THEM WERE USELESS. the first one was already closed down, but since they didn’t update the app locations, i went on a wild goose chase. at the second one, EVERYTHING WAS NOT WORKING. at the third one, the counter worker told me there was nothing he could do and that it was none of his business that the app wasn’t working and ate my money. I LOST RM20 BECAUSE OF POS LAJU’S INCOMPETENCE. just go to J&T honestly, their service are much much better and cheaper. DO NOT USE POS LAJU🔥

Just download the app at the comfort of your home, log in as guest, fill in sender and recipient details, generate QR, go to the POSLAJU counter, Scan the QR on the printer at the counter, and hand over the item and the QR over the staffs at the counter, and pay.
After that just delete the app because you're not a regular. 😝

As a someone who working as a front end web tester and seldomly use this apps, the UI for this apps is quite clean and neat. I can say that. From my experience, the apps is quite lag and slow. Kena bersabar nak isi forms. Kindly improve the quality of your system. Thanks

I like the convenience of using this app, such as you just need to fill up the information at home and go to the nearest poslaju for a scan to post it. Quite fast and convenient. I don’t frequent poslaju much but with this app, I’ll probably be a frequent poster after this, because of how convenient it is- hahaha

Glitchy app that froze and not user friendly
I was charged for sending parcel but the app froze with no record. Then I proceed to the counter for payment. I asked for a refund for the earlier payment I made via the app, the customer service asked me to open the website in a computer, and told me the mobile app is glitchy. I think this explained enough about how bad the app is. Rubbish app.

Clicked on login, received OTP, but app still stuck at login screen. If website no problem. Only app problem.

Strongly need lots of improvement
First time give bad review for a app! Want to use the bill payment function however no response at all from that page! And the pos online website also same! Loading time too long and want to click the specific selection also no response! Totally can’t proceed for payment!

Worst Postal Service in Malaysia
This is the worst Postal Service in Malaysia can’t even talk to a real person to find out what the hell happen to your parcel. First there was tracking and my parcel has been processed then when I checked the app again it says no record found. So now what? Can’t even talk to customer service to find out what the hell happened I don’t know who the hell to contact it’s like there’s no one working do you even have customer service?
