I am relaxed and regenerated I love this app have a pleasant time in this app.
Helpful but…
This positive affirmation app is helpful, especially in combination with my other meditation app. My only reason for not rating it a five is that I would like to see an update with more content.
Only the self love works
Only the self love affirmation works in the app. Really disappointing
Very helpful
I’ve been listening to these affirmations for a couple of months, every day, whether I feel like it or whether or not I believe it. I honestly think this practice has improved my self confidence. I recommend it highly
