I upgraded to the premium membership and within half an hour my account was deleted. If there was a score lower then 1 star i would. I want my money back

The local section never changed and has like 3-4 profiles and seemed to be out dated. Otherwise it’s No local section, everyone it shows you is across the country. Or fake!

Offline events are fantastic
I wasn't expecting much when I joined! The first weekend I went to a meetup, there were 20+ people laughing about medication side effects like it was normal small talk. My golden retriever became the star of the event, everyone took turns petting her while sharing hospital stories. The groups are my favorite, our private group chatroom has memes about joint pain and swaps legit tips. When I reported a creepy guy, his account was gone within 10 minutes, PS could never be that responsive.

Very safe!
Privacy was my biggest fear, I even used a VPN at first, I took a week to cọmplete my profile, I found the screenshot blocker feature(can even block screenshots of your profile) and felt safe enough to post my real photo. Nearby users are super accurate, I met a girl with same diagnosis day, now celebrate it as our Rebirthday, best decision this year! Also, the events feature is amazing, attended a support group last week, felt like family reunion.

A small suggestion
Clean design without all the unnecessary swiping noise. People actually cọmplete profiles here, Stories keep me updated on users' progress, saw someone post their test results last week, and Groups are better than PS's open chatroom. Just wish I could see if people read my messages, those unanswered messages still bug me

Some transparency
Your ability to do anything will be limited regardless of if you pay or not. When you use the free version, most things are blocked out (nearby profiles, who liked you, etc) creating an illusion that there is more to see when the reality is there actually isn’t. It’s hard not to feel like the app was set up that way to convince people to buy. $39.99 for 3 month or $19.99 for 1 month are some options but I regret paying for this app. If it’s possible, it hasn’t been easy to filter between straight and gay men.

They hacked my profile from another site
This site or someone affiliated, hacked my entire profile from PS including my private pictures and every detail, and put it on Positive Zone. And not just me, MANY people. I’ve filed a report with Apple and the cybercrime unit and so have many of the others. It’s a sham of a “company”. If you look on the website or app, there’s not any company info, location, phone number or anything.

Everyone should now be aware that this software is a hoax. After downloading and registering on your phone, you will begin receiving messages and visitors, which will give you the impression that this is a good place to discover the ideal match. It's a huge falsehood. You won't notice anyone texting you after you've paid for it. Only visitor messages will be sent to you, and even if you write to the person who views your profile, they won't reply. The dating site was designed so that you would think it was the best app for finding partners. They are fraudsters.

I’ve been using this app for more than a year, the app is running well, the customer service is very responsive and helped me to solve some problems with my account, the people here are very active and friendly, I also met a lot of friends here, attended some offline events, joined some interesting groups, and met my current boyfriend, the function of this app is almost the same as PS, or even a little bit more powerful, cause it has a nice group function, it makes easier to find like minded people, and the most important thing is that the price of the premium membership is almost half of PS, the price of PS’s membership is really expensive, I hope more people living with herpes can download this app, we can improve the influence of this community together, and I hope the developers can add more interesting features!

Where are all the search preferences settings
I would of rated this site a 5 but seems there is inadequate search engine settings to detail who you are really interested in finding. Not to mention that every single female on this site are either Fake profiles or generated AI Bots to attract you to them by sending user a message before your profile even gets approved, thus influencing user to purchase said membership and after user is Premium rated the messages stop and user gets ghosted…watch out also if you get a message from another female user be careful that she actuall sent that said message…

It asks you to set your preferences for what your looking for when paid and proceeds to give you ANYone, with ANY condition from ANYwhere in the world. And if you try to reach out to someone about said issues you can’t “post” a question, comment or complaint. Do Not waste your money on this garbage

This app is free to download put your profile up and then if you want to get any messages or send any messages you must pay a monthly fee. This app is a rip off. It is not free it’s just free to download.
