Thought this app would be better than others but truth be told this app offered me the least amount of money than any other cash loan app. Honestly disappointed

Terrible Support
I’ve been stuck in a loop with support without actually getting my issue resolved for two months now. I paid off my loan and my bank account changed and I tried to link the new bank account. I was unable to link the new bank account, but was able to link the new bank account debit card to make the last payment for the previous loan now I can’t link or change anything and support has done absolutely nothing to be of assistance. I am almost 100% sure it is a glitch in their system that I’m seeing other users are also having they’re just not fixing it so now I can’t apply for anything
