The app is not functional under latest iOS
This app does not function. it crashes right after Plaid authentication and connection and never proceeds beyond the “start with your phone number” page. Latest pro max iphone, latest OS, all updates applied, and both app and device restarts.

I wasn’t approved for the full amount I requested, but I received a lesser amount instantly. Set up and payment was really easy. The terms are clear and easy to understand. Stuck in a script loop with support.
I paid off an advance. I tried to reapply and got an error about updating my information. Not only is my information correct, there was no option to update anything. Support tells me I have to first apply for a loan and can only apply for an advance if I am first denied for a loan. Okay, I send screenshots and explain that I do not have an option to apply for a loan. Again, they tell me I need to apply for a loan. Agains, I show them that it isn’t an available option. The rep is probably and AI and we have been stuck in this loop. They refuse to escalate my ticket to anyone who will actually just look at my account. It just needs to be reset on their end so the correct options show. I still haven’t been able to get resolution after 5 days. Email is the only option to speak with anyone. I sent another email to support specifically saying to not let that rep pull my ticket. He did anyway. I need a real human being with a brain cell to assist me and there isn’t any way to find one at Possible.
