NOT Suitable for Postpartum!

Clearly the developer of this app has never had a baby.

If you have diastasis recti (abdominal separation), weak pelvic floor (poor control over bladder), or other NORMAL postpartum issues, this app is not for you! You will pee your pants mid-jump and cause issues with your abdomen.

Find an app with exercises that are actually appropriate for a recently pregnant woman.

Good but consecutive days don’t tally

This app is great for quick fitness routines that fit into my busy schedule as a new mum of twins. I like the idea of earning achievements to encourage me to keep going however the tally for consecutive days doesn’t ever increase so it is impossible to earn the achievements for the number of consecutive days/weeks you have completed which is very frustrating.

Timer

Hey, just so y’all know the timer on the workouts is incorrect. For every one second in the app, three seconds pass in real time.
