I want to give five stars for this app but they decided to add a use or loose it to your purchases. I added over $100 to use but because I didn’t use it within the year they just kept the money and put my balance back to zero no email warning or notification 📣 Booo.

For such what should he such a simple process, it was not. Unclear. Time consuming. And what should be an e nota le task, anything but.

Great Way to Stay In Touch
A great way to stay in touch, PostSnap has made it super easy to keep relatives up to date with sweet keepsakes. Printing is well done and pictures have been clear and well done thus far.
Great service
I have enjoyed this service for a while now. Postsnap gives me a chance to send updated photos to loved ones who are far away. The app works great, it’s easy to use, and my cards always arrive in a couple of weeks.
Love the photos but glitchy app
It’s a nightmare trying to use the app. You can’t crop photos without then closing down the app and losing your order! I love the photos but I wasn’t able to crop any of them to my liking

Great small business
I have been using PostSnap for years for sending postcards and getting my photos printed. You can order almost every size photo you want with ease and send your postcards throughout your travels. The ease of using the website is why I recommend PostSnap if you are looking for good quality photos with speedy delivery. Also very good value for money, the more prints you order the cheaper the photos become. Always a happy customer when I order from PostSnap.

Worthless in US
Don’t bother with this if you are sending postcards in the US. It’s $4 per card (!!) and they take FOREVER (at least 2-3 weeks) to arrive because this is a British company, which I didn’t realize when I got the app. App description claims faster shipping times, even to US. Not worth the money for me.

Nice easy to use product, couple of improvements needed
V useful and easy to use and ok price too. Great way to add to communications with elderly mum when travelling. 4 stars only because there are a couple of niggles. In the postcard production, please could we have the ability to reduce the font to 10 or 12 (currently minimum is 14) so we can write a little bit more? And also the signature section does not work at all. Please look at this and test it?

Amazing way to keep in touch
It’s so easy to use and a wonderful way to keep in touch with friends and family whilst we are away.
Very disappointed
These took as long to be delivered as they would have had I posted them from our holiday in Borneo. I used the App to ensure the recipients would get them before we got home. They didn’t. 10 days when ordered to be delivered by 1st class post is not acceptable.
App doesn’t work
I’ve tried to upload photos multiple times but the app just closes down.
Disappointing Change
Used to use this all the time for holiday postcards but ridiculous change to font size on back means can’t say anything. 30 words is maximum on the large postcard. Will have to find alternative app.
New changes not good!
I've used postsnap for years and years, always been a fantastic way to keep in touch with family back home. Recently they've changed the minimum font size on their post cards to 14pt which means you can hardly write anything on the postcards! So disappointing as I used to be able send decent messages home, but no more. Real shame, don't know why you'd change that.
