I Don’t think App is Working Right …
Pouch Mobile App Doesn’t Save My New Phone Number or ID PHOTO…Blue SAVE Button does Nothing when tapped …Also Monthly Balance is Showing $0.00 on the Due Date …Going to Call My Storage Location and try to Sort this Out….
I am a current tenant but can't create an account
So I currently have 2 units with them and when I go to sign up for the app it does not recognize either of my units so I cannot set up an account.
Needs Work!
I already have an existing account with a valid username and password for my rental unit that I use every month to log into the desktop version of the website to pay my monthly rental amount due, so why am I now being prompted to create a NEW ACCOUNT in order to use the app version?
I am NOT a new customer. I am an existing customer who was hoping to use the app instead of the desktop version of the website, yet it seems the developers of this app, or Pouch Self Storage, did not sit and consider this scenario.
I am not going to create a new account with another username and another password when I already have an account. If that is the case, then I guess I’ll continue to use the website instead of this app.
Deleted and uninstalled!!
