Hey hotels of the world. Don’t offer this half baked product to your customers. It’s a waste of time and doesn’t work and makes your hotel look technically stupid even if the rest of your experience is awesome.

Doesn’t actually let you stream video. Barely works as a remote. Not sure what is even the point.

Tried to set it up to play cast videos from phone to tv and even though it advertises this feature it simply doesn’t work. Your phone doesn’t even recognise the tv even after spending ages setting it all up. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
In a world where this thing happens with AppleTV all the time...
... this app misses the mark. I’m at the Heathrow Hilton Terminal 5 and it’s a bummer I am not watching Mandalorian right now. Why? This app is a bill of goods. I expect more of Hilton. Don’t waste your time with this app... it doesn’t work. It’s not easy. It’s a waste of time. Really disappointed.

Don’t waste your time. Probably this company went bust years ago and yet hotels are stuck with their dead technology. The use your own device streaming option does not work and doesn’t support AirPlay or Chromecast.
Only tv remote works
After an elaborate set up the app only worked as a tv remote. The photo and video sharing didn’t work as although the app says that photo sharing needed to be enabled, it wasn’t possible to do this.

Simply doesn’t work after ages messing around. This is an advertised hotel feature and would be great if it did work. But it doesn’t!

Had a play with the app as I had 10 mins to kill.
The tag scan just gave me a black camera view, when I typed I the code manually it accepted it and gave me the controls which the TV ignored.
So needs some work before it’s fit for purpose.
