Terrible
This is a terrible app. Employers must manually reset passwords, account sign ins don’t work, and nothing ever works the way you want it to.
Garbage app
I’ve given up trying to log in. This app does not even work.
Good but
Love that it allows me to open my paystub right on the app now instead of downloading it, but after the latest update it won’t let me zoom in please bring that back

The user experience is archaic, it doesn’t remember username or password insists on a terrible authenticator app..please update this 90’s style webpage/app
Can’t Zoom
I used to be able to zoom in to read the information on my paystubs and now I can’t which is absurd because the text is to small to read otherwise.
Very simple
In new update you can’t zoom in to the stubs. Once you zoom in you cannot zoom out. Whole window gets shorter. After that you can’t change it back to normal view.
Near useless web view
Buggy web view. Just use Safari instead for a less awful experience.
And when you load your PDF you can’t even zoom in to read anything.
Beyond insultingly bad. The 4.7 rating just screams the choice to pay for bots instead of creating a mobile app.

Doesnt work
I open the app and all it says is “unable to connect to server”
Login sucks
I enter my credentials and the system does not recognize anything. Have attempted to reset multiple times and it still won’t work. Tried calling through to Power Pay and they are very unhelpful since I don’t have “authorization” to speak to them. This is extremely frustrating.
Worst app
I hate that if I wanna view my paystub I have to use this app. The UI is brutal. Logging in is insanely annoying not remember your credentials and now today just to make things even more painful. I have to install a third-party authentication app to login. I don’t wanna use this app on my phone, but if I wanna view my paystub now I have to have it installed. If I could give lesson one star I would.

Useless app
This app is very useless it never works and I don’t know company use this useless app. And I’m pretty sure. It’s secure with your personal information.
Awful App
Doesn’t load properly, always have to reset your password, and app always crashes on my phone.

Can’t login. Have changed password and still cannot. App will not let iPhone “remember me” or allow Face ID

It’s not user friendly. I have to make a mew password every time I log in. I started writing them down because I thought I was forgetting them, but no. The app doesn’t recognise your own password.
Make it so you don’t need to re-login every time on a iPhone. App used to be good
Have to login on the app everytime now the update sucks! Fix it last year you could even use facebook ID.
Can’t log in
I’ve tried multiple times to try to login, resetting my password takes forever. I have only been able to get onto the site once in the two years my company has used this app. Absolutely frustrating.
Outdated UI
Looks so bad, UI is not user friendly, Reminds me of old gen internet explorer lol
