I was contacted by a group out of state and I did almost 1k worth of work for them. They refuse to pay what they promised and to date I’ve received no money and they have cut off communication. When I called PPW they basically said they do not care. They were supposed to have a manager call me and did not. They are a vehicle for fraud and they will not address or even help users identify these frauds and in fact are ok with them using their platform to steal from hard working family men. So disgusted by this app and wish I could rank them lower.

This app Has some major problems
The set up is OK but every time you try to do notes and tapping on the quantity and comments you practically got a smash your phone to get it to come up I have the new iPhone 13 and it does not work that great at all
Horrifically Bad
I seriously wish the company I work fire would ditch this app altogether. It’s nearly to impossible to use. Not setup well at all for an iPhone 11. Camera quality is blurry and is very slow to take pictures. I’ll submit an order when it’s due, only to have it reappear after I refresh the app, as if it was never sent. Once I delete a completed order, it gets moved to trash, but yet again, reappears on my main order list when I reopen it. It concerns me that nothing is getting through and I won’t be paid. Given how bad the other reviews are from years past, it’s clear the developers aren’t keeping it updated, nor are they resolving any ongoing issues. I can’t wait for the day when my company finds a different app to get orders done. I can’t stand this one.

I use Craigslist to get a lot of work. The lady I met on this app was very nice. The only thing I have to say, she never paid me for the work I did for her. I’m not sure if this app is a scam or not but the lady using this app from Craigslist know she got away with some work for free. I just hope that she don’t feel good about getting over on people in these troubling times. If you are reading this I’m sure you know exactly who I am. Please do better in life is all I ask of you.

Not usable anymore
This app has been a very good product. Has been. Now I have multiple issues, including photos being saved as black photos on an iPhone 11 and other issues. Called customer support. Haven’t gotten someone to pick up a phone when I call in months.
App doesn’t fit
On the iPhone 11 when taking pictures I can not hit the x to close the camera Same issue on a few of the newer apple phones.if I try to use the light in a dark home the screen is always a blur so I’m forced to use flash instead. I have sample pictures but can’t upload them. Now every time I upload my pictures it says 5700 miles between pics but I can’t figure out why. Have to love a company that provides a service but forgets to give the support

Flash and screen freezes
I have an iPhone 8 Plus .. I try to use the flash to stay on while taking pictures but the screen blurs.. and while taking pictures sometimes the screen freezes. And I notice that when I look at the photos they are all scrambled up when they use to be in the order I took them.

I have a problem using my flash light on my phone and still taking pics it always worked before but for some reason it stopped if you guys could fix that it would be greatly appreciated as I use this everyday and go to multiple properties

iPhone X
When I turn the flash to flashlight it freezes the screen.can only take photos with no flash or flash on.also it appears that the layout is stretched to fit the screen instead of being correctly sized.

Please update this app so it is compatible with iPhone xs. There’s a notch on this phone!!! Also would be nice if I could mark orders ready for office. Please!!!!!!!

Hey guys, I use Ppw everyday in the field. The app closes out 3-4 times on a typical property inspection. It takes entirely too long to load pages, can't use it if there is no signal and it is overall slow and inconvenient. Anything that we can do on the Web site also need to be available on the app, particularly marking something ready for office and invoice. We don't need to see the history of check-ins and the "trash" tab could be done away with. I have to use it, so could we please step it up. I mean, I pay $25/month for an inefficient app. I feel the customers are owed a better app.

Since ios10, this app has been a nightmare. It drains battery incredibly fast, will randomly cause phone itself to crash, and can take more than 5 seconds to save a single picture. This is in an iPhone 6S with ample available storage.
