not user friendly and broken
very bad interface and couldn't find my account. Totally different from the webpage.
Something went wrong
No matter what version of the app I try I get the error: “It’s not you, it’s us. We’re working to fix the problem. Please try again later.”
The app is fine. Basic but fine.
Can’t pay bills or any of that, but it shows my account info, has a provider search tool, and… yeah. It exists.
I use MyChart for my medical messages and memos, even if to pay copays. I never open my Premera app. It’d be better as a downloadable document though.
Super happy about the gender affirming healthcare I get. I have beef against the American healthcare system, but while I’m trapped, Premera made me feel much better about myself by covering procedures and medications that have made me quite simply a better and more pleasant and hopeful person.
HRT saves lives, and Premera has kinda been saving mine since April 2024.

The app is trash
Not to mention that we have to login every time opening the app despite clicking remember me, after the new update, the app can’t even find my account, and asking me to link my account after logging in, and what’s worse? It says the information I provided is not correct but they are absolutely correct.
Don’t even want to get to the UI part when inputting numbers, I’m not able to click continue because the number keypad block the view.
Is vibe coding causing so many issues?

Once again, app doesn’t work
It’s exhausting being a Premera member - their technology rarely works. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to have an app that works. I’ve been trying to do a medical provider search, both in the app and online but continue to get error messages. Please, fix your tech Premera. PLEASE
Million dollar trash
My first question is; why have an app if it’s going to open a website within it to operate? Premera is probably a multi billion dollar insurance agency and I’m sure ontop of being a statistically average medical insurance company (we all know). They choose to spend zero dollars on an app that has the capability of both reducing calls to their call centers and increasing their customers satisfaction by feeling taken care of. Absolutly abismal but I shouldn’t have thought any higher of any American insurance agency.

Overall - really bad mobile app
They need urgent modifications to this app. Why do i need to log in every time?
This app sucks
I have been trying to login for weeks and each time I try it says something went wrong. Or email or passcode doesn’t match. Truly awful app.
Worst app ever
Considering how expensive this company is, this is a worthless app. Don’t install it. You are better off just logging onto Premera.com. Still a very poor online experience, but at least it (sort of) works
App is not working please fix
The app is not working for a few months. Please fix it.
Not helpful
This app constantly tells me I need to create an account online. I do however have an online account and that is where I will conduct my business as this app may be more aggravating than the company and industry is attempts to serve.
It doesn’t sign in
It doesn’t sign in to my account. I put the same user name and password and the app asked me my personal information. I put everything correctly and it says it can’t find me. Garbage app
No Medicare plans?
Looks like a poor app but wouldn’t know because it doesn’t cover any Medicare plans!! WTH! Never heard of an insurance plan with no app. Premera, get this app working for your Medicare customers!
A Joke
The app only works with employer plans. How can Premera NOT have an app for individual and Medicare plans?!? Unbelievable in this day and age.
App doesn’t work for individuals
The app only works for people on corporate plans. One star for making us plebes need to go to the website.
Passkey login experience is a major regression
Please restore Face ID to log in. It takes a bunch of clicks to get in every time I open the app now.
Can’t open claims on the app
It’s impossible to open claims information on the app. It keeps showing tap to retry
App doesn’t serve all of Premera’s customers
I can’t give it more than one star, because I have no idea what it does. I have the Medicare supplement, but the app does not support customers like me. I have no idea why we’re not included. Do they think people over 65 don’t know how to use apps?
what the heck
The provider search bar does not work. Tells me there’s no clinics in any specialty within 20 miles of me. Lol
Update your info
I’ve looked up different providers and have had the worst luck. We were on vacation and got sick. I looked up “in-network” walk in clinics around us. I found 2 near us and 2 further away. The first wasn’t open anymore, the second was a hospital. I drove further away to find another permanently closed and the fourth was vaccinations only. We eventually drove close to 2 hours away to a Walgreens clinic that was an absolute joke. We were the only patient and they would only see one of us. The office was the size of my closet.
How difficult is it going to be to find a specialist? Customer service takes forever and send you all over the place. I thought the app would be much easier. I was clearly wrong.
