The app can be slightly confusing at times but generally but the help line has fast connections and makes it much easier to navigate

Terrible bank.
I’ve had too many problems with the bank. To start with, the app doesn't work properly, and sending money via Zelle doesn't work either; it’s also a hassle for anyone to send money to me. Check deposits are even worse: I deposited a check via the app early Friday morning, and now they’re telling me I won't get the funds until Thursday—and when I asked why, they couldn't give me an answer. I’m going to close my account with them this week and look for another bank.

New app
Bring the old app back! This one is way worse!
New and improved interface!
Finally they revamped the interface on this app. It shows a summed total of all your accounts and is much more user friendly!
Good but can be even better
This App has come a long way! Much better but still work to do. Functionality, stability, look and feel can all be improved over time. Really like the “my offers” section where users can see customized helpful content like pre approved auto loans etc. Zelle features are now easier to use, and payments are easier. Look at Citi app for other ideas.

Takes getting used to
I am not enjoying the screens, the transactions are listed, it seems like more steps to find later transactions. It will become routine, takes time.

PA’s new online banking system
It has taken me awhile to get somewhat of a handle on navigating and maneuvering through the banking system and screens sometimes I had to wait for the screen to make a change to a different page, but nevertheless it does come up. I also understand
There was a glitch in the system. I received text that my account was being access from the other side of the United States somewhere in Florida, but I was told that it was a glitch that numerous other customers had received the same text as well, but I have not received any other text after this happened, I guess Premier America was able to correct the error. In retrospect I’m satisfied using the new online banking service.

Not a great update
Always had Zelle as an option for my business account through the app and after calling, they told me that Zelle is having an issue linking to business account. If you have a business, you know that Zelle is crucial, no idea when it will be back up, but it is making it very difficult.
