Good but can be even better
This App has come a long way! Much better but still work to do. Functionality, stability, look and feel can all be improved over time. Really like the “my offers” section where users can see customized helpful content like pre approved auto loans etc. Zelle features are now easier to use, and payments are easier. Look at Citi app for other ideas.

Takes getting used to
I am not enjoying the screens, the transactions are listed, it seems like more steps to find later transactions. It will become routine, takes time.

PA’s new online banking system
It has taken me awhile to get somewhat of a handle on navigating and maneuvering through the banking system and screens sometimes I had to wait for the screen to make a change to a different page, but nevertheless it does come up. I also understand
There was a glitch in the system. I received text that my account was being access from the other side of the United States somewhere in Florida, but I was told that it was a glitch that numerous other customers had received the same text as well, but I have not received any other text after this happened, I guess Premier America was able to correct the error. In retrospect I’m satisfied using the new online banking service.

Not a great update
Always had Zelle as an option for my business account through the app and after calling, they told me that Zelle is having an issue linking to business account. If you have a business, you know that Zelle is crucial, no idea when it will be back up, but it is making it very difficult.
Won’t download
I’ve tried to download this version of the app so many times I’ve lost count. It just keeps buffering and won’t install the
Big time disappointment
Why why why did you change the app I have been trying to get this app for a week all it does is buffer, I went in to get help and he couldn’t get it to work instead a get a small piece of paper with instructions on how to and what to do . I’m leaving for vacation and still can’t access my account, this was a poor decision!!!!

Cannot register
I filled in all the correct information and it wouldn’t register me. What’s going on here? Maybe it’s time to take my money elsewhere.
503 error no access to my account
Ever since they updated the banking system, not only have I had issues logging in and having access to my account but now I continue to get a 503 air which I stayed on hold for an hour to resolve and they said I was the only one having this issue and they did not hear of any other outage or complaints
There is no way for me to even move to a login page. Now i’m being advised to go to a bank branch to get my statements for escrow. This is happened throughout my whole experience with escrow and I just wanna take everything and leave to a new account. And a new franchise.

What a joke
This updated app is junk. I can’t log in unless I verify my identity but when I go to do that I get an error. Piece of advice: if it works don’t change it.
Update
This update doesn’t know my credentials and I am unable to reset my password or talk to a live representative to resolve the issue over 3 days and on hold over 2hrs. No reason to make any changes in the first place.

New Update Terrible
Asking for member number that we don’t have and once I finally get it we click through all the prompts it still gives me an error! I haven’t been able to login in 3 days now since the rollout. This new internet banking provider is terrible! Who thought this would be a good user experience!? That person should be fired!

Running down my battery
I have had no complaints about the last system, but the update has been very frustrating. Not only did I have to change my username, which has been the same for decades, but now even after logging off , the app keeps running in the background and running down my battery. Not good.
New update broke the app
Just like countless others, I have not been able to even sign in since the update on Tuesday. Why an update was ever needed for an app that worked just fine for what I needed we may never know. Anyways app is useless now until they fix it
IOS widget does not work after major update
Your ios app widget does not work at all…It says authenticate which I did, and app says it’s all good and setup, and to just choose account u wanna see on widget, but just stays saying sign in again, when already done…
Iv tried all trouble shooting, deleting widget and app, turning Face ID off, restarting iPhone, nothing..even tried on moms iPhone to see if issue with my phone, same issue with widget, so clearly a problem from ur end…
Ur phone agents r clueless, spent 2 hrs yesterday guessing and providing no answers saying well it should work…Than hung up when had no answers…
I will be filing complaint with ftc and state attorney general…some of worst customer service iv ever experienced, and that’s hard cause I love ur credit union, but u messed up badly here…if I could leave now I would, but not that easy…I have also sent a secure email from account hoping someone actually helps…this seems like a bug only u guys can fix with update…

An Absolute Disaster
We weren’t given any advance warning that years of our digital records were about to be wiped out. We were given no means to archive this crucial information.
Ever since the new app debuted, we no longer have access to our digital statements from years past. I’ve been paperless for more than two decades, but the new app says I can only access paper statements! But I don’t get paper statements because I’m digital!
Also, the old app allowed us to assign dozens of categories and subcategories to individual line items, like Income, or Loan, or Subcontractor Payment or Gift, or Birthday Gift or Christmas Gift. You could add categories and subcategories.
You could quickly scan through dozens of line items that had actual understandable names related to Rent, or Office Expenses, or Supplies, etc.
Not any more.
Now you can only see three or four line items at a time, and they all have gibberish descriptions that can no longer be edited. And then you have to load three more lines, and then three more, etc., ad nauseum.

New app doesn’t work
Fix the bug that keeps giving error codes when trying to login because the new app of forcing us to create a new account. It’s been a few days now and I can not log in or verify account. Error messages.
