It’s responsive, works when needed, integrates with our VPN, but is severely lacking a light mode. The entire app is black, and if you work in the day and the sun is right over you, you can’t see anything very well in the app. Bring a light mode to the app and it’s a 5-star no brainer. Until then it’s too much of a hindrance to be anything other than a 3-star

But it wouldn't’t let me do anything kept giving an error message I had no way to create a user name and when it asked for agency it is completely blank.
Updates are great
This app was buggy in the past but they have made it work much better. It’s working great now.
I want to love it…
I want to love this app. It has some great features. Unfortunately, it is very buggy and crashes when I perform certain tasks (generating a case number). It also doesn’t load or show new calls sometimes. Please continue working on this app!
