Ben was on time and was able to fix my heat, I didn’t mind paying the 700$ to replace the motor. I made the appointment today and he was here today, the other places I called all said it would be a few days until they could send someone out. Would have probably cost the same for the work that was done. Ben was nice and professional. I signed up for the membership so if something goes wrong I know I will be taken care of.

EASY APP TO USE HELPING ME SAVE HOURS ON PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
property managers such as myself have the responsibility of calling out different contractors and companies to fix things all the time. Looking to not get scammed I’ll call out a company write down there quote and call out a second one to see if the first one was fair. All of this searching and calling changed once I found this app, tech comes out sends me a quote a quarter the price of the last company and has it fixed that same day. Since then I’ve used PHS 17 times for plumbing ac and electrical jobs at the condos and have never been happier as if I just got retired early by an app. (Please don’t show my boss this or I’ll probably lose my healthcare and salary) I haven’t gone into the office in months have been able to pay through the app ☺️

I live in Park Ridge and I have seen the PHS trucks on my block before. with my AC not turning on today. Great for ac repair and security cameras
We use premium home service to fix our AC about a week ago mid August 2023. we had a issue at our house A few days later, and we wanted security cameras premium home service. I had a technician out to our house. He did a great job installing our security cameras. explaining how to use them, explaining how to use the app he was fantastic spent basically two full days with us I am now an expert on my security camera app. I can’t even zoom in on my neighbors I love it, and I highly recommend it

Fast service
Our kitchen lights i’ve been having issues since March we had two companies look at it, as well as my father-in-law who is very handy we literally had it plugged in lights for our kitchen over the last month through a friend I found out about Premium Home Service they came up to my house for a estimate and diagnostic this morning at 8 AM it’s now 930 and half of the lights are back workingHe said he will be done with the rest as soon as he gets back from the supply house no need to say more. This guy is amazing.

Robert was the man who got it done
After calling out multiple companies to fix my air conditioner and all of them telling me it needed to be replaced I continue to look for someone who could repair it due to it being in a attic space above one of my bathrooms it was a complicated spot and easily $25,000 after all said and done they would also have to tear into a wall which had a mural that my wife drewNeedless to say, I finally found premium home service. They were able to have the technician come out who then had his father come outAnd they got my old system running. I gave them both a massive tip.

We called 20 different companies. All of them said they do not work on high efficiency mini split choosing Premium Home Service was the best decision we ever made. Very smart technician
My dryer was no longer working so I called premium home service out to take a look The guy is looking at the dryer less than three minutes when he disconnect it from the wall vent powers it on, and we hear the heating system in the dryer turn on he proceeded to tell me that my dryer vent is clogged up but there is nothing wrong with my dryer he had his helper out there, 20 minutes later with the proper equipment to clean the dryer vent. they did a great job and my dryer has been working perfectly ever since very smart guy.

Excellent experience
The staff personnel that assisted us with our AC repair were very helpful. we were in the market for a new system The guy that came out took the time to show us the two issues that we had he was able to do the repair within a few hours and said it would last for over a year at least we will definitely be using them next year when we want our new system thank you so much.

Amazing service and prompt response! my AC went out Friday evening Derek came out within an hour to assess the problem he went out to his truck came out with a small replacement part and got my AC unit up and running within a few minutes. he didn’t outstanding job and I was back enjoying the cool air in no time. he was proficient and professional and he knew his stuff I will definitely be telling all of my friends about PHS.

Great service great value
I had issues with my sewage pump tonight it stopped working and started making a funny noise I had premium home service out of my house within a few hours did an amazing repair total was under $200 to replace the float on the injector pump very nice very honest people I highly recommend them.

Professional punctual and honest
These guys are truly a lifesaver yesterday a pipe broke in our bathroom and started spraying water all over the place they were able to have somebody out to us late Saturday night. first thing he did was shut off the main so the water stop spraying everywhere then he opened up a small area of the wall cut the main line to the upstairs bathroom and put a shut off valve so that we could have water in the rest of our house while this is getting fixed. Very smart guy I would’ve never thought of that it’s now a few hours later and everything is fixed besides our bathroom is destroyed we at least have running water in the house I plan on using Premium Home Service for the restoration as well considering how well this service went thank you again to everyone who is involved in helping me and my family tonight we truly appreciate you.
