User Interface
The user interface isn’t really seamless. A bit laggy, not intuitive, not presentable, not pleasant, not comfortable to see! A good way to keep customers interactive is with the app experience. Premium Trust Bank needs to work on giving their customers the “PREMIUM” outlook of things.
