Prep Fresh Wirral is a start up company Run and owned by an award Chef who faced hard times due to the global pandemic and decided to fight back. Fat forward 2 months and we have a strong clientele of like minded individuals who are all on personal missions to fight back and take there weight, health and wellbeing into there own hands. We have been blown away by the response we have had, from the quality of the food to the fact its making people not dread facing the dishes after a long slog of working at home or fighting the kids to do the home schooling.
