If you use the App frequently, these jokers will flag your account as fraudulent.
Don’t believe anything they write you regarding issues with your prepaid card. Prepaid2Cash has a canned response to hide that you’re flagged for fraud.

Horrible Experience
My transaction was rejected, with no way to contact customer service to figure out why. Unclear if I can get their charges refunded or how to proceed. Horrible experience.
Super slow.
Couldn’t use PayPal or Venmo due to an error on their part. So I did the bank transfer option. Said it would be there by the next day by 5pm. Well that didn’t happen. So I don’t know where my money disappeared to or when it will show up.

They have the same scam tactic. They let the first 2-4 of your cards go through then they fake your money. You can email them as many times as you want, they will keep giving you the eh around. I don’t know why this app is still up. DO NOT USE, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE. I bet they will reply to this review saying please message them so they can look into it; TOTAL BS. OF COURSE people already messaged them before coming to the review section. They know exactly what they are doing because I know at least TEN people they did the exact same thing to. Not to mention all the others that have been scammed. DO NOT USE THIS APP. They scammed me for $200+

Not worth your time
You have to have balances of over $20 in order to cash out a prepaid Visa card. Very lame app. Barely works in general. Don’t waste your time
SCAM stole $500
My transaction is still pending. They stole the value off my gift card and never deposited the money in my bank account. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I want to warn others about my experience with the Prepaid to Cash app.
Be very careful before using this service. I had a $100 gift card, and after following their instructions, my transaction turned into a nightmare.
The app advertises a fast and easy process, but that was not my experience. They had me upload photos of my gift card and then repeatedly complicated what was supposed to be a simple transaction.
To make matters worse, they charged me a 10% fee that was never clearly disclosed upfront. This was especially frustrating because I had received an email with a promotional code stating that my first transaction would be free.
When the transaction failed, my money became tied up, and I was forced to file a claim. I was then told it could take up to 30 days to recover my funds.
I contacted customer support multiple times, but I received no meaningful assistance or resolution.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this app. If you’re considering using Prepaid to Cash, proceed with extreme caution. I also intend to report my experience to Apple because I believe customers deserve better protection from apps that advertise one experience but deliver another.
I sincerely hope no one else has to go through what I experienced.

It took awhile and I will admit frustration but in the end it worked out!! And apps like this are great and would recommend to use this app!!
Why need SSN?
Seriously the app does not need my stinkin SSN to cash a gift card. Fix this and maybe I’ll try again.

Don’t get this app.
This is probably the worst app I’ve ever gotten. I had a $200 visa gift card that i wanted to transfer to my bank so I put it on the app. However once I put it in the transaction they banned me immediately. They literally took my money then they banned me so they keep it without paying me out. Now they think I’m being abusive however they literally stole $200 from me.

Only 5 star so people see it
So i used the app saw the good and bad reviews its been currently 10 days and the expected time to get funds is well past due i hate to say but this is not a good app scammed just like the reviews say. Attempted to contact them and of course no response or any other way to contact besides an email $100 was take. Off prepaid card and i never received any money from it.

Expensive but worth it
Would be nice, if there was a sliding scale of fees, based on the user’s frequency.
SCAM
I put in 2 $20 gift cards. There was no update to my number or email that the transaction was declined but the money was taken from my cards. Now I’m in a battle with the cardholder to get my money back. A complete scam. They took my money and now I can’t get it back. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
Total Scam
Claimed the transaction was “rejected” and the transaction was voided but it’s not cleared and the funds are wiped from the card. Clearly a scam service. Beware!
Doesn’t work
The card scanner doesn’t work even in bright light. The card didn’t go thru even though the numbers are correct. No explanation.
