Too difficult to use so gave up
When you select your order it's totally unclear what is and is not included in each drink. For example the Panda Milk Tea, the photo shows that is includes Panda Pearl but when you select it you then go to a screen where it seems that Panda Pearl is extra cost. So does this mean pearls are included and you can add extra, or not included at all? There's no way to know. Not wanting to get a drink either without pearls or with too many pearls, I simply gave up and just bought from another tea store.

Doesn’t load
The app is great, when you can actually open it. It can sometimes take upwards of 5 minutes of it just left open for it to crash. Often have to delete and reinstall just to get it working which is super inconvenient

The app cannot connect Facebook to log in the account anymore. I still have more than 20 AUD in my account. I hope this app can be upgraded
No way to cancel before it’s accepted
There’s no way to cancel an order even if it hasn’t been accepted yet. You don’t prompted a second time if the correct location and order were made like other order apps. Somehow I picked the incorrect store despite searching for my store and called the store 3 times to cancel it. The first call was before it had even been accepted, second in progress and the 3rd that they picked up it had just been completed. When the lady picked up she said we don’t pick up phones. Too busy. You picked up that one maybe if you picked up the first one this wouldn’t be an issue. It was my fault but there should be more failsafes in place.

Handy app!
Great app but it could be improved. I love that I can preorder from my local store and within 5-7 mins, my order is ready. No waiting in lines! I think it could improve in terms of saving your basket. When I go to check my wallet balance whilst halfway ordering, it always makes me start again.
Updated App and it no longer works
App used to be convenient as it allowed drinks to be ordered in an advance and notified when ready. However, it’s no longer working recently on my iPhone. A window pops up that shows “Logging in” but there’s no progress from there. I’ve even tried deleting and downloading the app again but it’s still the same.

Terrible app
An absolute nightmare to use. You have to upload money first as credit and when you get locked out of the app, you can’t use your own money. Heavily recommend going elsewhere.

Just reloaded $20 and the app just couldn’t be opened. Already delayed and re-downloaded but still not working
Cant see order in Dark mode
Hi ya, I realise iOS new feature - Dark mode will black out the ordering choice (size, sugar, ice level). Light mode is fine. Appreciate your help to fix.

Hi, I recently updated to the latest preso app update and notice I could not see what I was ordering, found out it was because I was in dark mode instead of light. Thought I just flag the developers!
Good app
It is a good app to earn rewards when purchasing drinks. It also good that it has relevant information such as location. It would be great if there was a menu section.
Won’t let me redeem my free drink
Takes forever to load and even when it finally does after 10 minutes it won’t let me order my free drink. Frustrating to use
Not very intuitive and always leave my topping out of the order
I’m very frustrated that every time I try to redeem my loyalty points, it never gets to the final order and I always ended up having tea without bubble. I’m so done negotiating with the girls at the store that I did add the topping and it’s just the app that drops it out. EVERY SINGLE TIME. I’d rather spend my money elsewhere

Where is my verification email
I can’t sign into my account until it comes but it’s nowhere to be seen. Can’t help but feel it’s a bit dodgy. Asked for help and no response either. It’s a shame because I love the product.
