Annoying Notification
I constantly go to somewhere close to Yochi, I keep receiving the notification despite: disallows tracking, no background app refresh. Its so annoying and there’s no way to turn it off in the Settings menu
Breach of privacy act + location tracking
I’ve reported this app to Apple — as others have said, it seems they are tracking location without permission AND sending notifs even when notifs are turned off. How did this pass your compliance team? Straight up illegal.

I have not shared my location with this app, and I have notifications turned off, yet I still received a notification telling me I was near a Yochi store.
How is that even possible? If the app doesn’t have permission to access my location or send notifications, it should not be able to infer where I am or contact me in this way.
This raises serious privacy concerns and completely undermines my trust in the app. The developers need to explain exactly how this happened and what data is being collected behind the scenes.

WHAT A JOKE
Southland Yo-Chi QR code doesn’t even work. Verification link doesn’t work. App developer must be doing a terrific job!! Piss app!!
Can’t even access the app
Can’t even register as a user. Try click on the verification link and keep receiving an error “verification failed unknown error”. No next steps
