Saved last locations
You should save last location used on the app, like any other app. Sometimes I need to order while I’m driving on my way to work, why do I have to go thru hundred different locations till I get to my desire location?? You should work on that.. thanks
Love the app but it could use some work
I love all of the designs in the app but I do think some things could use some work.
1. I think that we (the customer) should be able to add our Pret
card/QR code to our digital wallet for easy access.
2. I think it would be great if people could make orders that will come next day, this would be great for people who work at home and like to plan their days ahead, or for people who want to buy something while they still have money in their accounts for the next day,
3. I think it would be amazing if in certain things if on the app people were able to substitute or change certain things ( I know you can’t do this with everything but I do think this would be interesting)
I’m sure there are other things people would want to add too but these are the 3 I think would make the Pret app amazing

No QR code for Apple wallet
Have had this for months now and numerous updates yet still they haven’t added the QR code to the Apple wallet which is so you forget to use it
What changed?
Been away for 2 years & I have to say a little disappointed about the coffee as it doesn’t taste as good as I remember.
Faulty App
I have an active subscription but when i go to checkout they keep telling me it’s not active…i cant screen shot the error message because it’s on the barcode page. The customer service gives the same advice to refresh page but this does not work. The customer service takes very long to sort out problem says they have passed on to technical team but haven’t heard back. They told me to say sorry for inconvenience they have loaded a Perk onto the account. This has never appeared

Doesn’t work half the time
Very hit and miss whether scanning the app will actually result in a star being added or not. Even when you flag to the cashier that you’d like to scan.
Easy and Efficient
Use the Pret App it’s easy and efficient, especially during busy hours.
Doesn’t work with keychain
Painful sign in experience which doesn’t fill your password from keychain and doesn’t pick up the 2fa code from text. Haven’t used the app yet
No Apple Wallet support
Automatic 1 star if you don’t support Apple Wallet

Poor. Can’t log in even after resetting
Usually don’t write reviews. Buts it’s been difficult to get a response and a solution. I can’t log in to my account. I reset my password and nothing is sent or in the spam. I can’t sign up with another phone number as it’s already locked in with my email address. I’ve missed out on 5+ stamps. I’ve sent in a contact request today. Hopefully this changes things

I used to go to Pret when I lived in London and I’m so happy they’re in the US now. Firstly, the coffee is way nicer than let’s say Starbucks. I have the monthly coffee subscription that is such a great deal at $50 a month. And their food is great. Some of the food feels overpriced but the quality of it is really good!
