Doesn’t work half the time
Very hit and miss whether scanning the app will actually result in a star being added or not. Even when you flag to the cashier that you’d like to scan.

Use the Pret App it’s easy and efficient, especially during busy hours.
Doesn’t work with keychain
Painful sign in experience which doesn’t fill your password from keychain and doesn’t pick up the 2fa code from text. Haven’t used the app yet

Usually don’t write reviews. Buts it’s been difficult to get a response and a solution. I can’t log in to my account. I reset my password and nothing is sent or in the spam. I can’t sign up with another phone number as it’s already locked in with my email address. I’ve missed out on 5+ stamps. I’ve sent in a contact request today. Hopefully this changes things

I used to go to Pret when I lived in London and I’m so happy they’re in the US now. Firstly, the coffee is way nicer than let’s say Starbucks. I have the monthly coffee subscription that is such a great deal at $50 a month. And their food is great. Some of the food feels overpriced but the quality of it is really good!

I love pret and the app is good. But I really wish I could favorite a location. That would make it so much better if I didn’t have to zoom in each time to find my preferred location.

I don’t get how this app has so many good reviews. I’m constantly logged out and every time I try to login again at a Pret it says no internet despite having 5g coverage and I’m able to access any other site or app. I’m never able to collect any points. At least with most of the competition you can store the bar or QR code in the phones wallet as back up. I never collect

Good food, but certain locations are not good with mobile orders. I have to bag my own items. And not all the in store options are listed on the app (ginger shot)
