Dear FlyBoyMcCall, Preventicus Heartbeats is, in contrast to most common wearables, a certified medical device (class IIa), whose measurement accuracy and the function of the algorithm is proven with clinical studies (all results are published). As a certified medical device, the app is subject to the requirements of clinical measuring devices and is reimbursed by some health insurance companies as part of the preventive program RhythmusLeben, which includes nationwide screening for atrial fibrillation with subsequent diagnosis and therapy by participating cardiologists. Preventicus Heartbeats was developed together with physicians to detect indications of atrial fibrillation, for example. The free version serves as a quick test and does not include all functions of our app. You also have one-time access to our 30 free minutes, during which you can use all the features of our full version. These include the 1 and 5 minute measurements, your full analysis of your results, PDF report creation, and the creation of reminders for your measurements. You can have the results of your measurements reviewed and evaluated by medical professionals, the Telecare service, in the app. This confirms possible arrhythmias and abnormalities, checks your measurements for measurement errors and you receive a summarized and detailed report for your doctor. With the detailed Telecare evaluation, you can better assist your doctor in making a diagnosis. These features are also included in the full versions for €5.99 for one month and €27.99 for one year. Dear drthaisa, thank you for your feedback. We take your complaint very seriously. The error you describe can occur when the app is installed on the iPhone via cloud backup and the user is not registered in the app. We are on the trail of the error and are working on a solution. Until then, unfortunately, the only solution is to uninstall and reinstall the app. You can access your full version again via the main menu and purchase options using "Restore purchases". Unfortunately, your previous reports will be lost when uninstalling. If you register in the app after reinstalling and send us your proof of purchase or the number of a PDF report you created, we can link your account.
