Has anyone talked to the “Reservation Desk”? They act like you’ve reached the hotel “reservation desk” tricking you to think you talking to the hotel and sell you higher pierced rooms and then won’t allow any cancellation.

I use for business twice a month
It’s pretty reliable to get a good deal on rooms most anywhere your going, I have used Priceline for about 30 years now, have stayed all over the country and Canada, I would have given 5 stars but I’m a VIP member, and in spite of using my Priceline app for every trip by book it is failed to recognize or give me points for all the trips I’ve taken. I’ve called and complained about it, but landed on deaf years!

Hotels and cars, Priceline is might go to, every couple years I comparison trap always just stay here. When I do have a problem with the property or a car, Priceline always takes care of me quickly.
