Please go back to the old Pride Store app… the new “FasRewards” is not at all user-friendly…
Would give zero stars if I could
This is the worst app to set up especially if you get a new phone and share with family. Keeps popping up that account isn’t found. Try to hit “contact us” and it opens a blank page that never loads. Been being told for years this would get resolved and it only gets worse. I will go to Cumby’s, Costco and BJ’s instead because this just isn’t worth it anymore when I can’t even contact them without having to do a google search 🤦🏻♀️

Leaves you standing at the pump entering pin over and over and over. Never works without several tries
No way to log out
This app need a reboot. There is no way to log out of it. For example, both my husband and I spoke about getting the app and sharing it. However, we both signed up and now have no way to log out and login using the one account we intended on using.

I signed up and used the code multiple times at the pump, never took it and never got the discount. I deleted the app and going back to Shell, no Pride for me!

Add the functionality to log out and sign in to the right account!
Misleading
You only get the 10c discount if you sign up for the debit card. Signs at the station imply you get that discount for registering on the app and that the debit card is an additional 10c off a gallon. Wasted my time downloading and registering only to not receive the discount anyways. App is useless unless you plan on signing up for the debit card.

Can’t use the new update without entering store
The app used to be great, but since the new update, you can’t use your app without entering the store… it never recognizes location.
Waste of time
The app picks and chooses if and when it’ll give me $.10 off but rarely does. Half the coupons are bogus cause they’ll be sold out of whatever thing they are promoting. The 50 gallon freebies are a joke, you get a $1 scratch ticket, real “rewarding”
App good, setup a nightmare!
Overall the reward program and saving $0.10/gal on gas is great, but there are major flaws with initial account setup and basic app functionality. For example, once you’re signed in, that’s it, no going back (even if you uninstall and reinstall app), so if you have issues and want to logout, you can’t, there’s no way to logout on the app. Also if you have a SmartPay account from Cumberland Farms, you will run into issues if you use the same bank account information because they use the same payment vendor. We had to call customer service and it was a big headache to finally get everything setup and ready to use. This is not a “easy setup in just a few minutes” type of experience.

I had issues with the old app but then called customer service and they got me in easily. I love the new feature and new look
No Pride
Use to love my pride card and discounted gas. Points earned came in handy many times over the years. Now? Not so much. The new Pride star app gets ONE star but does not deserve that one
Problems with app
When I opened app today, after not using it for awhile, I got a page saying “if you are converting from a blue Savings card to the app, contact customer service: 413 737 6992

Well I’m not converting and I’m not a new customer. There was no option to log in as an existing customer. And the help desk is only open 8-5 M-F, and today’s Saturday... I tried deleting and reinstalling the app twice, same screen appeared when I opened it. So I only got 2 gallons of gas, and I’ll stop somewhere else where my discount works! Very frustrating!!!!

They switches their system and deleted $10 in rewards I had built up. I hope it was worth it because I will never get gas from Pride again
Have to turn off wifi to use
What a joke. Since the last update, I have to turn off wifi to use the app. Even your employees hate this. They spend all day helping folks use it.
No longer works to pay at pump.
Did away with card forced me to app. Now app won’t work at pay at the pump and I don’t have a card. Do better people.
Existing Customers Can’t Access Own Account in New Version
What is the reason to release this version update 3.1 that does not have the option to allow existing customers from accessing their own accounts? Who does quality control at Pride? Do they have an ability to rollback to the previous version that worked? Or can they allow customers to get the last working version?

I was told that if I had my phone App that I would not lose my points. Only if you had a card. I had over $100.00 on the app four points and now they are all gone. That is messed up. I’ve been a great customer for years and this is how Pride takes care of there customers.
