My experience has been great with prime medic, doctors are great and it’s very handy when you don’t have time to physically go to the doctors to get a script or discuss something small.

Amazing Service
I requested an appointment via the online booking system just before midnight and within a minute or two received a phone call from what seemed like a triage service who advised a telehealth appointment was booked for me and to await the doctors phone call. The doctor phoned maybe 2 or 3 minutes after and advised that I would receive both a pathology request via email and a prescription via text.
The prescription arrived, however the pathology request didn’t seem to come (was advised this would come via email). Despite not receiving this pathology referral as yet, I am still so very impressed with the service. So thankyou for providing a late night service when doctors are closed and you don’t want to clog up the hospital system.

I encountered an issue when making the appointment. The CS team rang me and assisted me through the process. I’ve discovered not many services will provide medical clearances for Daycare purposes, but this online clinic does. Now that I have the app it will be easier for me to book an appointment in the future. Thanks for your customer service - it’s much appreciated by busy working parents!
