It's perfect works very well but I wish it had an icon on the first page to turn the plug on or off, instead of going to the second page to do that.
Cold operation
Doesn’t work as soon as it’s colder than -20 celcius. Intermittent at best, and when you trust it to keep power to your vehicle….dont! Just shows offline, unplug and replug, still offline, network is good and connected, still offline….

This isn’t my 1st smart device. I have smart outlets and smart bulbs all around my house, which have all been easy to connect. This one will not let you connect no matter what you do. Absolute waste of money.

Laughably bad. Does not work. At all.
Short and sweet - this app simply does not work. Fails to connect, does not work on 5 GHz WiFi, does not integrate with Siri, basically does nothing that it claims to do. The actual outlet turns on and off with the included remote, however, so there’s that. At least it’s not a brick. Zero stars - avoid this product.

Can never find network. On the off chance that it does, then the drama of finding and staying connected to the outlet begins.

Not Secure
I have tried to register the app numerous times over the past several apps. It asks you to agree with the privacy policy but every time it times out. I’m returning the pair of plugs to Costco.
Used to be able to control individual plug. Not anymore
I was able to control individual plug via the outdoor plug. One for block heater, another for holiday lights. Unfortunately, after a recent app update, no more add device for outdoor plug.

Reasonable design with some rough edges
This app is essentially the same as the Govee Home app in functionality but has FAR fewer shortcomings.
I originally found this app somewhat clunky to use until I tried the absolutely objectionable Govee app. In comparison to that rolling disaster, this app is a breath of fresh air. I would have liked to see ALL functions integrated into one setup screen but the layout this app has is serviceable.

I actively dislike the design of this app. Here’s a tip, developers: Put All Timer Functions Including Daily, Weekly, Hourly, Sunrise, Sunset, Auto Run On The Same Setup Screen. A user should NOT have to do timer functions in one section and Auto Run in another. They Are Both Timer Functions. Design accordingly and intelligently.

Works 80% of the time
Bought a 2 pack of plugs on clearence at Costco. Wanted to get smart plugs and use a security camera so I can turn off my 3d printer when I’m not home or in another part of the house and a print finishes. Most the time the plug turns off via the app’s remote but sometimes it’ll refuse to turn off when I click the button. There’s also times my prints are gonna finish while I sleep so I love being able to set a countdown to turn it off a little bit after it would finish as to make sure my estimated time on the printer is accurate or if it slips up I’m still ok

Update 1.1.3!!!
I have many of these “smart” outlets I bought from Costco. They control many things I have like outdoor lights, seasonal decorations, a fountain pump and even a temperature controlled hummingbird feeder heater. The app functioned fine and has slowly evolved but this last update really screwed up adding new or accidentally removed devices.
This new update REQUIRES you to rename your wifi so that 5 and 2.4G are distinguishable with a 2.4 or 5 at the end of the name. That means all of your wifi connected items need to be reattached to your wifi.
Why is this not an OPTION if your Prime switches are having connections issues???
Making it mandatory is just so stupid and a pain.
I will no longer recommend this app or purchasing the Prime Wire devices.

App Change
Something is up with the app or the unit. The lights keep turning on by them selves only when I have a schedule set. They don’t turn on by themselves when I don’t have a schedule set

Bluetooth not connecting even when next to plug. No longer able to manually turn on and off via app.

Worst app ever. ! Absolutely no instructions in the box except download the app. Then proceed to meander through the app and try to figure it out yourself.
Can only use the remote now to control the Christmas lights- just as easy to plug in the lights when you want them on or off- so completely useless.
