No tickets arrived ?
I purchased my tickets Friday evening, game tomorrow. I have received confirmation of order. I have downloaded the stadium ticket ap and provided all my details but no tickets.
Pointless and non functional
Digital tickets are a nightmare at the best of times. Would be so much easier if they just sent a QR code to your email but instead this app is absolutely unusable. I can’t even access it half the time as it won’t send me an SMS.
So every time I go I’m spending more time in the box office than I ever did before this was introduced.

Not fit for purpose
I wouldn’t even deem to give this one star. Can’t see tickets or even account details on app, despite set up online. WRU ticket office say tickets are there but can only assist if I physically go into stadium office! If you have any other options use them instead - this is appalling
Can’t use it!
I have the account set up on one email address and bought tickets online with another email address. There is no way to actually “log out” or set up with another email address! Therefore I cannot see my tickets! Logging out is a necessity!
Upgrade 100% better
Upgraded version since nov 24 much improved and now lots of info in one place

One of the worst applications to use. The website is also very poor. Woeful in all honesty.

Appalling Frustrating fan- unfriendly app
This app is one of the worst I have ever used. Worked ok until they updated the app which then did not work on my phone as my operating system not new enough and could not update the app - this effectively forces purchase of a new phone which some fans may struggle to pay for and discriminates against maturer fans and those who do not want to change phone or buy a new one. Shamefull of WRU to let this happen.
WRU should give option of emailed tickets which can still be personalised and q-codes ( and brought up on any level mobile phone)

Can’t view tickets
When you buy tickets via your WRU account, the tickets do not show in ‘my tickets’. Luckily I have kept the electronic receipts. When I searched ‘why can’t I see my purchased tickets’ in the app help, it yielded 0 results

I have purchased a ticket which has been acknowledged but there is no email confirmation and no ticket showing. It is pathetic

The app won’t send a confirmation email and I’ve had no luck contacting the email address provided. I have two tickets booked and it looks like they’ll go to waste. Absolute disaster.

An absolute nightmare trying to get tickets through this app. Typical WRU, they think everything is great, but behind the scenes it’s falling apart.

Just paid for tickets - can’t even receive the verification code so can’t login.
Pathetic
Just like the most recent review, the app simply won’t send through any email verification code. Just paid a lot of hard earned money for the Wales vs France game, and I can’t even access this app. They take the money and then leave you nervous waiting for the app to work, pathetic !

Keep in mind this app is apparently the only way you can get the tickets you’ve paid for and without it you will not be able to get entry.
When setting up the app it first asks to send a code to your mobile phone. That works in seconds. Then however it then asks to do the same to your email address. This is when the problem starts.
Have tried several times today and never get the code. (yes, I’ve checked junk mail).
So now I’m facing the prospect of trying to find contact details to see how I can get to the next step to be able to use the tickets they’ve already taken payment by for.
If not I’m first going to have disappoint my family and then get hold of my bank to try and get my money back.
Very disappointed and very annoyed. Smacks of being far from fit for purpose.

The app does exactly what it’s supposed to, those complaining about tickets not being seen in the app really should read the instructions and understand the timelines.

Warning - Do not screen shot ticket for a memento. The app identifies it and flashes a warning continuously (although you can still use)

Where are my tickets?
Bought tickets yesterday, installed the app, money taken from my bank account but no tickets have appeared. I’m all for using app’s and online services if they work! How do you contact anyone regarding this?
Don’t panic! Tickets aren’t supposed to appear straightwaway.
It’s not clear from the ticketing process or the app, but I contacted the stadium and tickets aren’t released until 4 weeks before the match.
It’d be good if they made that clearer.
