Very Limited Capabilities
The app is really difficult to use except just to look up order numbers (after so many clicks just to get to that page). Editing anything is very difficult and it often will freeze in a page, not allow you to go back, and you have to close the app and start over. It’s much easier just to use the app on your phone browser.

Horrible app when it works
90% of the time the app does not work. Disappointing
App stopped working
After using the app for a while, it stopped working. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled but it just stopped working. I’m up to date on my phone operating system. Not the best as I use the app on my phone for work all the time. Not sure what’s happening. Just doesn’t work anymore.

What a joke. Almost two years of a solid black screen. You guys should embarrassed.

Was okay until one day it just stopped. Has been months and no luck. Does not open at all. Very disappointing.

App will not load on fully updated iPhone 12 as of October 2024. This app has gone through phases where it mostly works, and then straight up will not open for months at a time. When I am able to open it and use it, it has been a really helpful tool, as I work from my phone a lot as a business owner. Unfortunately, it looks like we are back to a non-functional piece of software. You guys are a software company that charge a monthly subscription. If your products don’t work and you don’t discount your rate when they are down for extended period of time, you are literally ripping people off. I’ve been using Printavo for over seven years and the app since it was available, so I have lots of experience with the ups and downs of Printavo, and it’s phone app. This review is specific to the phone app. Please, please, pleeeeeeeease do better with your phone app reliability, and I will happily update this review.

Would love updates
I frequently have to delete the app and reinstall to get it to go past the load in screen. Not a super helpful or convenient app compared to their actual website. I use the browser on my phone if I’m not near a computer more than I will open this app.
Has become useless
I only use the app to upload photos. It hasn’t worked for 4 days in a row. This is an important part of my job since my salesperson is out of state. The app will often crash when I’m using it. We are currently looking at different companies to replace Printavo.

Bad app
Have to delete the app/re install because it will crash all time

Can’t even open the app. When app doesn’t crash; you can’t save any edits.

I have this issue constantly. Please update the iOS app and fix it. It’s nice to work from my phone when I’m away, or can’t use my laptop.
Stuck on Splash Screen
Running iPhone 12 with iOS 16.4.1 I rely on this app for every day operation of the shop. I loved it when it was working, please update! Using the website just isn’t the same on mobile. Mock ups load differently. Harder to pull up invoices quick for basic info etc. thanks!
