Price kept changing
If I was purchasing from the app, the price would be different if I was pushing on the website. Then shipping costs kept changing then it kept putting one of my items in for two of them did it kept saying I could have two discount codes but it wouldn’t let me put two discount codes in I had to go back-and-forth and open new pages about five times in order to complete this purchase I was seconds away from giving up

I’ve bought two shirts from them bad quality and I’ll fitting I’ve tried contacting customer service and there responses usually take 4-5 business days for a response I’m still trying to work out this issue since 7/21/26 it’s been a month

Everything’s easy when on the app. But from website it was hard to navigate adding to cart. I had to download the app to be able to add to cart.

The 3D hoodie kinda looks cheap but it’s good enough. But, credit where it’s due… the custom flag they made me… it’s the most beautiful thing I’ve ever owned. I’m not joking, I love this flag. I can’t praise this flag enough… they got it so right it came out better than I imagined it. I’ll try making more thing off of that alone. But, the 3d hoodie… I’ll probably never wear it. Just being honest. I’m making some mugs next so… wish me luck.

They do not have good customer service. They don’t send your order, and they don’t refund your money either. I also noticed that some of the 5-star reviews look suspicious, so I would not trust the ratings.

I ordered something from this app from a user called “Marj Proceeding” and I’m unable to reach this users contact information which highly suspects that this is just a scam. No email or anything is provided as to the reason as to why my purchase was canceled.

This company engages in false advertising and has provided some of the worst customer service I've experienced.I contacted customer service regarding an issue with my order and, despite including photos of the item and a detailed explanation in my very first email, I received five different replies from different representatives repeatedly asking for the exact same information.After four weeks of going back and forth, they finally agreed to issue me a refund. However, when I asked how the refund would be processed, they completely stopped responding. It has now been three additional weeks since they agreed to the refund, and I have neither received the refund nor any follow-up email.This entire process has been frustrating, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from this company. Based on my experience, they make promises they don't follow through on and leave customers without any resolution.

This app is the worse thing in my life I copped a sp5der off it just for it to be real in all the pictures I even had the ai try it on but when I purchased it started showing polyesters sp5der when I tapped to check on the order after I try to cancel because it not what I paid for and it didn’t even let me cancel the order on day 2 after ordering
