Horrible fees
Rent management apps don’t get worse than this. If your rental agency uses this company I suggest moving.

They will auto enroll you into a $10/month credit reporting charge. Watch what they are charging you
Not Great
I’m not sure why the app doesn’t consider a JPEG taken with an iPhone camera to be an image file. The app doesn’t allow attaching JPEGs to requests
PLAID SUCKS
I really hate that we cannot add our banks manually. It doesn’t let me add or find my bank and would take forever loading when trying to connect with my login. Not to mention there’s no acceptance on money orders which sucks!
I don’t leave reviews but I have to for this app.
I have to say this is the worst app I have ever used. I work in tech and work with apps and this app is garbage and makes it the biggest problem to just pay rent. I have been trying all day to pay rent and Plaid doesn’t want to connect to Prisma and just so many bugs (FYI this is a problem that happens every month). So what do I do, I call tech support (which is just someone in India, that cuts me off and doesn’t know how the software works). I can’t believe my apartment complex switch from their previous apartment software (that worked) for this garbage of a software. Here I am trying to pay and give them money and they don’t want me to pay (I guess they just want me to get evicted). I have called my landlords and have advocated for them to switch softwares and stop giving money to this company.
