Brilliant for the prisoner to save money on credit inside my partner can only put credit on once a week with his canteen sheet and we have another 14 months to go, so this has been a godsend and especially for the kids to leave voicemails for him, I will admit yes itās pricey if your not on the right plan and continue to top up minutes itās about choosing the plan which is right for you, I currently pay Ā£50 a month for the gold user package and add on of live call minutes Iāve been using this a number of months there has been a few problems with calls not coming through but it was the same for many people at the time and it was rectified pretty quickly seeing the savings itās giving my partner is also brilliant in around 9/10 months Iāve already saved my partner over Ā£1000 in credit itās honestly been a god send

Do not use this service, never connects you with inmate. Contact the person in prison through official channels email/ prison call. Do not waste your money with this company !
Abysmal service
Absolutely awful service, couldnāt get set up as my number āwasnāt registeredā, despite already having several calls from the prison. Just kept bouncing me back to the prison who were adamant that the fault was with PV. Asked for refund as it was clear the issue wouldnāt be resolved and after a rude email back I got a 70% refund - they kept 30% as āadmin costsā. Beware of these scammers.

Waste money
I thought it would save up my patner credit in prison because the cost in this app says normal mobile cost 12p/per minute but if use this app change to landline only 8p/per minute, I was so happy to told my partner thought we would save up more money then we can have more time to talk, then my partner told me it only cost 6.99p/per minute calling from prison on weekdays and 4p/per minute on weekend.

I have topped up for a silver pack and it is still telling me to confirm a pack when Iāve already paid and wonāt make me move on to the next step im furious as this is a waste of money
App logs out randomly
The app just signs out when it wants to. It makes signing back it very difficult if your details change. Itās a long process to change your number if different to the one you signed up with.
Apple Watch?!
This service has been a life saver. I was wondering are there any plans to make this available to use on an Apple Watch? It doesnāt ring on my watch which I thought it would. Could there be discussions about making this happen?! Thank you in advance!!!!

Scam
This app was essentially created to convert your mobile number into a landline under the guise of saving the prisoner money. I used this app 4 years ago to keep in touch with my partner ,unfortunately Iāve had to use it again. In the past 2 months Iāve apparently saved my partner Ā£227. Not only do you have to pay for the monthly subscription that includes such a small amount of minutes, of which they know are not sufficient for the whole month so youāre forced to top up minute bundles hence the Ā£227 which is money I have topped up whilst sending money for him to top up his account. Iāve now found an alternative and urge anyone using this app or thinking of using it to download Virtuallandline which converts your mobile into a landline and is only Ā£4.50 a month with no extra charges. This is yet another way for the system to profit off!!!!!

Still waiting to be approved
When l saw this app l thought it was a great idea so l went ahead and set up a direct debit. I left my first message and was looking forward to my first reply. This was on the 17 th december and Iām still waiting for my account to be approved 10 days later, even though l was told it should only take 3 days.!! When l rang the prison they told me it wasnāt their fault it was the fault of a third party who deal with the approval.! Thereās no way l can get hold of them so Iām going to cancel my subscription so anyone who thinks this app is a great idea please think again because there are obvious failings in the system.!! I canāt thank the developers enough!
I came across this whilst trying to find a a cheaper alternative because the weekly costs for my husbands credit was adding up to more then we could afford. He has a short sentence but itās been very hard due to covid.
I signed up and they set it up immediately?! To my shock the next day the number was already registered on my husbands pin. So phenomenal customer service!!! I love the fact I can listen back to the calls and favourite them and this eases the burden for my husband.
Honestly I canāt thank you guys enough and your customer support team deserves a dozen Krispy Kremes because they are excellent.

Excellent Service
This system has Really helped bridge the gap and keep me in co tact with my Brother. I live abroad and it would have been SO expensive for him to call me without this application. Itās really Brilliant and works so well the Team behind this are Absolutely Fantastic and SO Helpful, I am a technical shy and when I first set this up they really helped me so much and when you email them they respond so quickly and calls also they always answer.
