Frustrating & Disorganized.
The apps interface is extremely misleading. It gives multiple options making it seem that it's efficient. You have to pay for messages, text messages, phone/audio messages, video/audio messages separately for each individual category.
Also, when using an iphone, the app does not allow you to see more than approx 4-5 lines in your response portion, Regardless of landscape or portait view. The response section does not scroll while typing, or talk to text.
Lastly, Android phones may or may not work, I've tried 3 different ones, Samsung A52, MotoGplay23, and neither would download the app.
Unless you're able to navi your way through this terrible platform-don't bother downloading it. The website is no better and just as dysfunctional.
Don't forget they don't refund you for their misleading information. Bait & switch tactics.

Ehh
Customer service has always been good; had to call to get approved for video calls. Issues are numerous restrictions on form of payment accepted; fraud protection blocks me from adding funds. Video calls won’t always work if other windows are open.
Doesn’t work
Unable to add money to the account. Won’t allow you to add the required ID and photo. Totally useless.
Round and round
Not worth a flip except to build anxiety and wasted time.
